Everybody knows that vaccinated people like to be “hip,” “cool” and “with it” as they say. It, therefore, comes as no surprise that we see an increasing number of people embracing their heart attacks within weeks of their latest covid shot. The fad is the biggest in Europe, where vaccinated soccer players have been collapsing left and right in the middle of their games. When reporters saw a group of teenagers playing soccer, they asked them what they thought of the new fad. Some of the replies were “Dude it’s so cool, I just got my booster shot last Thursday,...

Alexandrov - Cold nuclear fusion reaction in interaction of deuterium gas with molybdenum Dimiter Alexandrov, Robert Dubreuil Lakehead University, Canada Email: dimiter.alexandrov@lakeheadu.ca Experiments about interaction of deuterium gas with molybdenum specimen giving cold nuclear fusion reaction outcomes have been performed. The results are presented in this paper. The experiments were performed in vacuum chamber in order for precise measurements to be achieved. Also due to the relatively low concentrations of the interacting gas, the amounts of the generated cold nuclear fusion products and of the generated energy (heat) were relatively low. D2 gas in an environment of H/H2 gas...

Millions of Americans watched the events in Washington last Jan. 6 unfold on live television. Police officers testified to the violence and mayhem. Criminal proceedings in open court detailed what happened. Yet the hoaxes, conspiracy theories and attempts to rewrite history persist, muddying the public’s understanding of what actually occurred during the most sustained attack on the seat of American democracy since the War of 1812. […] Unfounded claims that the rioters were members of antifa went viral first, only to be overtaken by a baseless claim blaming FBI operatives. Other theories say the rioters were peaceful and were framed...

Chief Justice John Roberts used his year-end report on New Year’s Eve to denounce the threats being made against the Court and its members by Democratic politicians and groups, including threats to pack the Court to force an immediate liberal majority. Roberts referred to such threats as efforts to exercise “inappropriate political influence” on the Court in contravention of our constitutional values and traditions. We have been discussing the ramped up threats from Democratic leaders that the Court will either vote with the liberal justices on key issues or face “consequences,” including court packing. Recently, Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D., Mass.),...

Having less accurate knowledge about COVID-19 is associated with a greater likelihood of contracting the virus, according to new research published in Scientific Reports. The findings indicate that people who believe misinformation about COVID-19 are at greater risk of getting sick compared to their more knowledgeable counterparts. “When the pandemic first broke out in the spring of 2020, my lab group was struck by the fact that the entire nation was being asked to change their behavior, i.e., to comply with the social distancing recommendations,” said study author Russell H. Fazio, the Harold E. Burtt Chair in Psychology at The...

Illegal aliens, tourists, and foreign visa workers delivered nearly 400,000 children in the United States over the last 12 months, prior analysis concludes, securing birthright American citizenship. The analysis, published in 2018 by the Center for Immigration Studies, states that close to 400,000 “anchor babies,” the term used to describe the U.S.-born children of illegal aliens, are delivered across all 50 states each year. Anchor babies are rewarded with birthright American citizenship despite their parents having no legitimate ties to the U.S., many having only recently arrived. Years later, when the child is considered an adult, they can sponsor their...

On Friday’s broadcast of PBS’ “Washington Week,” CNN Political Director David Chalian stated that “in one aspect,” covering the Biden administration “may be a bit easier than it was during the Trump administration because of the deliberate misinformation and lying that was occurring.” Chalian responded to criticism that the coverage of the Biden administration has been too tough by stating that all administrations complain

The amount of criminal activities and corruption going on in the US today is unimaginable. The Biden government, aided by a corrupt DOJ, is flying planeloads of illegal immigrants from the Southern border to states across the country daily and no one is saying ‘boo’. They are hiding these flights from the public by moving the illegals in the middle of the night. On Thursday night another flight load of illegal aliens boarded a plane in El Paso. Forget about proper identification or COVID-19 vaccines, these people are held to a different standard when compared to the average American. Busses...

Over and over, the Psalmist asks, “Why is my soul cast down? I feel useless and forsaken. There’s such a restlessness inside me. Why, Lord? Why do I feel so helpless in my affliction?” (See Psalm 42:11 and Psalm 43:5.) These questions speak for multitudes who have loved and served God. Take godly Elijah, for example. We see him under a juniper tree, begging God to kill him. He’s so downcast that he’s at the point of giving up his own life. We also find righteous Jeremiah cast down in despair. The prophet cries, “Lord, you’ve deceived me. You told...

Just the other day Joe Biden threw in the towel on COVID, effectively surrendering to the virus after having pledged to shut it down in his presidential campaign. Biden's and Fauci's policies have been crushing, especially to kids. During an appearance on "Face the Nation," Crawford blasted the "crushing" policies, blaming them for a number of problems affecting children today, including the ongoing mental health crisis, an increase in suicide rates and learning loss due to school closures. "My kids hear me rant about this everyday, so I may as well tell you guys. It's the crushing impact that our...

“Then Jesus arrived from Galilee at the Jordan” (Matthew 3:13). There is something majestic about Jesus’ baptism that brought all the previous events of His earthly life into focus. Here He came fully onto the stage of the gospel story and His work and ministry truly began. Following an eternity past in heaven and thirty years of obscurity in Nazareth, God presented the Savior publicly to the world. John the Baptist, as “the voice of one crying in the wilderness,” had heralded the coming of the Messiah (3:3; cf. Isa. 40:3), and now He was fully and publicly prepared to...

Police are searching for two people who burned a part of Key West’s famous Southernmost Point buoy early New Year’s Day after setting a fire near the landmark tourism icon. News outlets report two males lit a Christmas tree on fire in front of the buoy around 3:30 a.m. Saturday and the flames charred sections of the colorful, 4-ton cement monument that reads “90 miles to Cuba, Southernmost Point, Continental U.S.A.” Archival webcam images of the buoy from a marketing company shows two people lighting the tree on fire near the marker, with the flames leaving a large black burn...

Commentary In a recent Washington Post op-ed, three retired generals, Paul Eaton, Antonio Taguba, and Steven Anderson warn of a supposedly impending coup should Donald Trump be elected in 2024. The column seemed strangely timed to coincide with a storm of recent Democratic talking points that a reelected Trump, or even a Republican sweep of the 2022 midterms, would spell a virtual end of democracy. Ironies abound. From Election Day in 2020 to Inauguration Day 2021, we were told by the left that democracy was resilient and rightly rid the nation of Trump. The hard left, for one of the...

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) on Thursday blasted the Biden administration for withholding lifesaving coronavirus treatment from those who need it, deeming it “unconscionable.” On Tuesday, Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo sent a pointed letter to Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Xavier Becerra, questioning the Biden administration’s decision to withhold lifesaving coronavirus treatment from states such as Florida. In recent months, the DeSantis administration has blitzed the state with monoclonal antibody treatments, only to have the Biden administration slash the supply to the state, originally attributing the decision to its newfound priority of “equitable distribution.” According to Ladapo, “the lack...

As usual, the liberal-biased, fake news, mainstream media are lying and misrepresenting again. It was only days ago that I published my nationally syndicated (by Creators Syndicate) newspaper column titled, "Celebrate the Trump Christmas Miracle." In that column, I celebrated the greatest political comeback perhaps in history. Trump is back, winning in the polls, beating President Joe Biden. He's more popular and respected than Biden (or the pope) in polls. A majority of voters even agrees there was massive fraud in the 2020 election – including 41% of Democrats.Trump has truly made both a political and financial comeback for the ages.The...

Consider U.S. farmers happy. They are exporting record volumes of products to China. Shipments of soybeans, corn and pork are bringing smiles back to the American heartland. Or, to put this another way, Beijing is effectively acknowledging it cannot feed the Chinese people. China's leader, Xi Jinping, recently made such an admission. Last August, he announced what became known as the "clean your plate" campaign to end what he called a "shocking and distressing" waste of food. Just about everyone saw this effort, to get the Chinese people to eat less, as a warning of food shortages to come. Chinese...

At least 20 states are beginning the new year by increasing their minimum wages, while Puerto Rico and several cities and counties are also bumping up pay for workers in 2022. A total of 26 states will have minimum wage increases go into effect in 2022, with wage hikes beginning in 22 states on Jan. 1, according to Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory U.S., a company providing information on finance, regulatory compliance and the law. A wage increase in New York state began a day earli

In today’s polarized political climate, Americans nervously anticipate U.S. Supreme Court rulings with the same fervor with which they enjoy sports, and with the same goal in mind: namely, to win. But American government is not a game, cautions United States Court of Appeals Judge Jeffrey S. Sutton. By forcing the Supreme Court to make notably divisive, winner-take-all decisions, he argues, we run the risk of politicizing the “crown jewel of American government.” No one at the American founding took the view that the U.S. Supreme Court should resolve the most difficult issues in American government or be the key...

some questions you ask because you want the right answer. Others are valuable because no answer is right; the payoff comes from the range of attempts. Seven years ago, The Atlantic surveyed a group of eminent historians to create a ranked list of the 100 people who had done the most to shape the character of modern America. The panelists agreed easily on the top few names—Lincoln, Washington, Jefferson, in that order—but then began diverging in intriguing ways that reflected not simply their own values but also the varied avenues toward influence in our country. Lewis and Clark, or Henry...
