It's bad medicine at the best of times, but the real problem arises when the government wants to bully you. Australia didn't slowly turn into a totalitarian nation. It became one overnight, thanks to the people's willingness to accept their governments' hysterical reaction to COVID. We've all watched in horror as a once free country now confines people to their homes, forces injections on their children, turns unmasked people into "most wanted" outlaws, shoots dogs, and prepares to track people's every movement with apps backed by police power. The latest craziness in Victoria is to deny health care to people...

Over 6 months into the mass vaccination campaign with the experimental, non-FDA approved COVID-19 shots, where about half of the U.S. population now has received at least one of these injections, tens of thousands of victims are beginning to speak out, regretting their choices, and begging for help. The medical community by and large has turned their backs on them, which is really what they have done for the past 40+ years with ALL vaccine injured people, most of whom have been children prior to the COVID-19 shots. So while those speaking out in the past have been primarily parents of vaccine-damaged...

Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau was hit by some gravel Monday while boarding a campaign bus in London, Ont. As Trudeau went to get on the bus, which was surrounded by angry protesters, small objects could be seen thrown in his direction. A masked Trudeau looked startled before he went into the vehicle. Trudeau later confirmed to reporters on the campaign plane that he was hit by gravel but said he is okay. He compared the incident to when pumpkin seeds were thrown at him. Trudeau's campaign has been the target of protests before, one of which led the campaign to...

As the Biden administration tries to persuade Americans that the Taliban is our ally, the Taliban is having another field day, at our expense. Most people know that when someone tells you who they are, it's best to believe them. But then there's Joe Biden, who continues to view the Taliban, a terrorist organization the U.S. has been at war with for 20 years, stolen $83 billion in U.S. military equipment, and mocked the U.S. victory at Iwo Jima, as some sort of partner and ally. In the past few weeks, the Bidenites have entrusted the Taliban with names and...

Responding to claims that it is blocking flights carrying Americans and lawful permanent residents (LPRs) from leaving Mazar-i-Sharif (MAZ) airport in Afghanistan, the Biden administration’s State Department reportedly admitted that it has few resources available to facilitate the evacuation and that they have no “reliable” information about the trapped flights. As The Daily Wire noted Sunday, there are conflicting reports as to who is preventing planes carrying individuals rescued by a non-governmental organization (NGO) from taking off from MAZ. Individuals associated with an organization handling the flights said that the State Department is the only obstacle to the chartered planes...

Right wing extremists frequently use national and international conflicts as platforms for their bigoted narratives. Since the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan and in the face of ongoing humanitarian and military crises, extremist online spaces have been rife with racist, Islamophobic and antisemitic tropes. The August 26, 2021, attack in Kabul by the Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP), refugee and evacuation efforts and the growing mainstream criticism of President Biden presented myriad opportunities for extremists to further elevate racist, xenophobic sentiments via cries about “the Great Replacement,” a white supremacist conspiracy theory that envisions the intentional replacement of white majorities at...

Conclusions: Meta-analyses based on 18 randomized controlled treatment trials of ivermectin in COVID-19 have found large, statistically significant reductions in mortality, time to clinical recovery, and time to viral clearance. Furthermore, results from numerous controlled prophylaxis trials report significantly reduced risks of contracting COVID-19 with the regular use of ivermectin. Finally, the many examples of ivermectin distribution campaigns leading to rapid population-wide decreases in morbidity and mortality indicate that an oral agent effective in all phases of COVID-19 has been identified.

After eight months, we finally have an answer to who shot Ashli Babbitt. Next question: Who killed Roseanne Boyland? The most violent clashes between police and protesters on January 6 occurred inside and outside the west terrace tunnel. The tunnel leads to doors that open into the Capitol building; according to federal documents, “the Lower West Terrace Door was heavily guarded by U.S. Capitol Police and [D.C. Metro Police] personnel, who had formed a defensive line to prevent unauthorized access into the U.S. Capitol via the tunnel.”Dozens of people have been arrested and charged with various offenses, including assaulting police, for...

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Tuesday he accepted the Taliban’s repeated promises of safe passage for anyone seeking to flee the country. He spoke after his meeting with Qatari officials on accelerating evacuations in his first trip since the establishment of the self-proclaimed Islamic Caliphate in Afghanistan. Representatives of the terrorist organization told the United States “they will let people with travel documents freely depart,” Blinken informed a news conference in Doha where he and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin met their Qatari opposite numbers. “We will hold them to that,” he added, AFP reports.

The immediate danger is Afghanistan itself, where Biden Administration policies are enabling the victors and increasing threat levels. Secretary of State Blinken wants a Taliban government of “real inclusivity,” as if the presence of other Afghan factions will somehow dilute the impact of Taliban rule. The terrorists’ media charmers have surely learned from post-World War II “coalition” governments in Soviet-dominated Europe how to conceal political reality with make-believe “inclusivity.” If Taliban deigns to play this game, their siloviki will control the key security agencies, such as defense, police, and intelligence. The rest is window-dressing, mere pretense for a White House...

BlackRock, the world’s largest asset manager, has begun a major initiative in China. On Aug. 30 it launched a set of mutual funds and other investment products for Chinese consumers. The New York-based firm is the first foreign-owned company allowed to do so. The launch came just weeks after BlackRock recommended that investors triple their allocations in Chinese assets. This will push billions of dollars into China. “The Chinese market represents a significant opportunity to help meet the long-term goals of investors in China and internationally,” BlackRock Chairman Larry Fink wrote in a letter to shareholders. BlackRock takes its responsibilities...

Monica Lewinsky says that former President Clinton "should want to apologize" for his part in the 1990s scandal surrounding his affair with her, a then-White House intern. "I think there was a long period before my life changed in the last six or seven years, where I felt a lot in terms of there not being this resolution. And I'm very grateful that I don't have that feeling anymore," Lewinsky told "Today's" Savannah Guthrie on Monday when asked if she feels that Clinton owes her an apology. "I don't need it," Lewinsky continued. "He should want to apologize in the...

Twenty-third Week in Ordinary Time Luke 6:12–19 Friends, today’s Gospel recounts Jesus selecting and appointing the Apostles. Bible scholar and theologian N.T. Wright has explained why Jesus commissioned twelve disciples as Apostles. Wright tells us that when a first-century Jew spoke of the arrival of God’s kingdom, he was taken to mean something very specific. He was announcing that the temple was going to be restored, that the proper worship of Yahweh would obtain, that the enemies of Israel would be dealt with, and that, above all, the tribes of the Lord—and through them, the tribes of the world—would be...
