Cotton has grown louder on the national political stage in recent years. He has become omnipresent on Fox News, embraced his own genre of trolling on Twitter, and demonstrated an attunement to online culture wars and an ability to capitalize...

When the Supreme Court resolved the 2000 presidential election in favor of George W. Bush, former Vice President Al Gore conceded defeat — something he doesn't believe President Trump will do if he loses to Joe Biden in the Nov. 3 election. In an interview with Reuters on Tuesday, Gore, a Democrat who served as Bill Clinton's vice president, accused Trump of "attempting to put his knee on the neck of democracy" by attacking mail-in ballots and absentee voting. “He seems to have no compunctions at all about trying to rip apart the social fabric and the political equilibrium of...

With counting continuing in numerous counties throughout Georgia, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said that as of 10:15 p.m. today there are approximately 90,735 ballots still outstanding. “Officials in numerous counties are continuing to count ballots, with strong security protocols in place to protect the integrity of our election,” said Raffensperger. “We have long anticipated – and said publicly – that counting would most likely take place into Wednesday night and perhaps Thursday morning. We’re on pace to accomplish that responsibly, ensuring that the voice of every eligible voter is heard. It’s important to act quickly, but it’s more important...

In a rare bright spot for California’s beleaguered GOP, two Republican challengers are within striking distance of unseating two Orange County Democrats who were elected to Congress during the 2018 blue wave. In both races, the Republicans are slightly ahead, but the margins are thin enough that it could take a while before final numbers are available. If they go on to win, it would mark a major political reversal in Orange County, a onetime Republican stronghold that has become increasingly purple in recent years. The county picked Joe Biden over Donald Trump on Tuesday. Two years ago, Democrats flipped...

President Trump’s team has a message for Joe Biden: Not so fast. With Biden poised to suggest he won the election despite millions of votes set to be counted, the Trump campaign Wednesday afternoon said that its data shows that it will cross the needed 270 electoral votes by Friday, securing a second term and robbing the Democrat of a victory virtually every media pollster gave to Biden. “By the end of this week, it will be clear to the entire nation that President Trump and Vice President Pence will be elected for another four years,” said campaign adviser Jason...

Let’s be real. Goliath was never going to let David breeze through the rematch. The provinces, for whom President Trump is an instrument, not an end in himself, were never going to have an easy time winning the 2020 election against the amassed might of the Democratic Party, the “Fake News” media and allied pollsters, Big Tech, woke billionaires and the celebrity class, who united to stamp out the barbarian orange emperor. The “chumps” and “ugly folk,” as Joe Biden calls them, came out in their glorious millions from the American heartland on Election Day and now we will see...
