Lindsey Graham calls for DOJ probe of Biden-Ukraine connection: 'There is enough smoke here' Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham on Sunday called for a Justice Department investigation of the Biden-Ukraine connection. The South Carolina Republican said the investigation into former Vice President Joseph R. Biden’s dealings in Ukraine should be as far-reaching and aggressive as the Russia probe that targeted President Trump’s 2016 campaign. “Joe Biden said everybody’s looked at this and found nothing. Who is everybody? Nobody has looked at the Ukraine and the Bidens,” Mr. Graham said on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures.” “There is enough smoke...

California Rep. Devin Nunes predicted on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures” that Joe Biden’s campaign is likely coming to an end — all because of newly resurfaced reports about his possible misconduct in Ukraine that “first originated back when Hillary Clinton was trying to make sure Biden didn’t get in the race.” […] Nunes, speaking to anchor Maria Bartiromo, said a whistleblower’s allegation that President Trump had acted inappropriately during a July 25 phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will ultimately backfire, and shine a light on Biden’s own possible misconduct. CNN later acknowledged that the whistleblower had no...

Former Vice President Joe Biden claimed he never discussed Hunter Biden’s business dealings in Ukraine. However, a July article from The New Yorker belies that contention. “I have never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings,” Biden told Fox News reporter Peter Doocy on Saturday in Iowa before calling on President Donald Trump to be investigated over a phone call he made to Ukraine’s president. The New Yorker article, titled “Will Hunter Biden Jeopardize His Father’s Campaign?” is an in depth look at Hunter Biden’s life and business dealings. It also contains a segment where Hunter apparently recalled...

In a letter to lawmakers Sunday, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) issued a warning about the Trump administration's continued efforts to block acting Director of National Intelligence Joseph Maguire from turning over a whistleblower complaint that reportedly involves the president. "If the Administration persists in blocking this whistleblower from disclosing to Congress a serious possible breach of constitutional duties by the President, they will be entering a grave new chapter of lawlessness which will take us into a whole new stage of investigation." Between the lines: It's likely that the "new stage of investigation" that Pelosi is referring to is...

Now and then my wife and I need a reminder of reality to keep us in the right frame of mind considering how screwed up society really is. So we pull up Broadcastify and listen to the Chicago dispatch police feed on weekends, It never fails to bring it all back into perspective. So far three incidents of shots fired, an armed robbery, and a carjacking by two armed teens in the last half hour.

On Thursday evening, a couple at the I-10 truck stop in Grosse Tete was chasing after their deaf dog ran away from them, Sheriff Brett Stassi said. The dog, according to Stassi, ran under the double barbed wire fencing that fenced off the enclosure of the camel. The couple chased after the dog into the enclosure, meeting an agitated camel, who is named Caspar. Sheriff Stassi said, somehow, the camel sat on the woman. The woman, possibly out of self-defense, bit the camel’s testicles.

The suspect, named by Lebanon's foreign ministry as Mohammad Saleh, was stopped on Thursday during a routine security check when his description matched those on a German warrant for his arrest, Greek police told CNN. He was also wanted by German authorities for a kidnapping in 1987... Hijackers seized control of the Boeing 727 aircraft shortly after it took off from Athens, en route to Rome, on June...

Joker: Joaquin Phoenix walks out of interview after controversial question about real-life violence Phoenix was asked by The Telegraph if he thought particular moments in the film "might perversely end up inspiring exactly the kind of people it's about, with potentially tragic results". Instead of answering, the actor walked out. The debate over violence in film has been prevalent in recent months following a series of mass shootings in the US. Last month, Universal pulled the release of new thriller The Hunt, a film following 12 red-state strangers who wake up in a clearing and realise they’re being hunted by...

Republican Mark Finchem and Democrat Tom O’Halleran agree on at least one thing regarding Interstate 11. Both expect to be deceased before the proposed roadway becomes a reality. Finchem, a District 11 state representative spoke to Hidden Valley residents last week in a gathering attended by Blanca Varela, a representative from Congressman O’Halleran’s office, at Mountain View Community Church. The proposed interstate is a long-range goal of Arizona Department of Transportation and is expected to pass through Hidden Valley south of Maricopa. While Finchem has been outspoken against I-11, O’Halleran has remained neutral. Varela said the congressman had expressed to...

Amid calls from Democrats, including former Vice President Joe Biden, for the White House to release a transcript of a call between President Donald Trump and the president of Ukraine, Trump told reporters he talked about both Biden and his son, Hunter Biden, because of "all of the corruption taking place." On a July 25 call with President Vladimir Zelensky, Trump asked the Ukraine leader to investigate Hunter eight times, multiple news outlets reported Friday, citing intelligence sources. Now, Trump says he hopes "they release" the call. Before leaving the White House for an event with India's prime minister in...

Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah) said on Sunday it would be “troubling in the extreme” if President Trump urged Ukrainian officials to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden. “If the President asked or pressured Ukraine’s president to investigate his political rival, either directly or through his personal attorney, it would be troubling in the extreme. Critical for the facts to come out,” Romney tweeted.

WINCHESTER, MASS. (WHDH) - Residents in Winchester are debating free speech versus hate speech after flyers reading “Islam is RIGHT About Women” were found plastered around town. Anita Davison told 7NEWS that she was walking her child to school on Wednesday when saw the concerning flyers struck to street signs near the town’s center. After Davison brought two flyers to the...

After mass shootings in Southaven, Mississippi; Dayton, Ohio; and Midland, El Paso and Odessa, Texas, public demand for sensible gun reform once more soared. And once more, Republican politicians, led by President Donald Trump, were intimidated into inaction by the gun lobby, led by the National Rifle Association. Remarkably, it was America’s largest retailer — Walmart — that exhibited the courage politicians lacked. It was in a Walmart store in El Paso where a gunman armed with an assault-style rifle, roused by the hate-filled rhetoric about a Latino “invasion” of our country, shot 48 people, killing 22. Walmart CEO Doug...

“Travel to Memphis, where Sun Studios artists Johnny Cash and Elvis Presley usher in the era of rockabilly. Ray Charles crosses America’s racial divide by recording a country album. Patsy Cline shows off Music City’s smooth new Nashville Sound.” As the 1960’s began Country & Western music was being heavily influenced by the rock & roll sound. A new generation of artists, songwriters and shrewd producers would record some great American music during this transitional era.

[Catholic Caucus] How the Pope’s Man in Washington Is Protecting Monsignor Rossi Archbishop Christophe Pierre, the papal nuncio to the U.S., is running interference for the corrupt Shrine rector. The other day I saw a recent photo pop up on Twitter of Monsignor Walter Rossi standing next to a group of friends and allies — Donald Wuerl (the disgraced former archbishop of Washington, D.C.), Callista and Newt Gingrich, and Archbishop Christophe Pierre, the pope’s representative in the United States. The last figure interested me the most: Why would the pope’s man in Washington be lending his prestige to a cleric...

In the summer of 2017, Rep. Steve Scalise (R-La.) nearly lost his life. He was gunned down by a Bernie Sanders-supporting Left-wing lunatic on a ball field early one morning near Washington, D.C. and left for dead. But he survived, thank God, while the Lefty paid with his life. Good trade. We’re all better off for that because Scalise is a tireless champion of the Constitution, of our founding principles, and of liberty and freedom. And he doesn’t like what he sees across the aisle.
