Jeffrey Epstein is accustomed to having an entourage meet his private jet at the airport; he’s just not used to it being made up of FBI agents. Last Saturday, the billionaire and registered sex offender returned from a trip to Paris only to be arrested. The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, famously aggressive in pursuing high-profile prosecutions, charged Epstein last week with child sex trafficking in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1591. These new charges represent the Department of Justice’s attempt to redeem a reputation soiled by the extremely questionable plea deal...

In the 1970s, Americans were told we were in a global cooling crisis and if something wasn’t done, we’d enter a new ice age. When that didn’t happen, a few decades later we were told that entire nations could be wiped off the face of the Earth by rising sea levels if the global warming trend was not reversed by the year 2000. Despite the consistent failure of these apocalyptic warnings, that hasn’t stopped climate change alarmism. We’re now being told we only have 12 years to combat climate change, and the solution is to fundamentally dismantle the system of...

This is the craziest fight yet — men beating women, women slapping men — while out for a fun day at Disneyland with the children. A family went to Disneyland with the children and then got into a violent brawl in front of the children. The men and women were slapping and punching each other. This is absolutely nuts. The poor children. Several people tried to intervene during the four minutes of mayhem, with a Disneyland janitor being the first park employee to try to break up the violence. The Anaheim police were called when Disney security couldn’t stop these...

Alan Dershowitz is speaking out for the first time since Jeffrey Epstein‘s indictment. The legal scholar — who was reportedly ticketed to appear on Hannity Monday night, but was not seen — broke his silence Tuesday morning on local radio in New York. Speaking with host Joe Piscopo, Dershowitz highlighted his top-line takeaway from the Epstein indictment. “The indictment itself is fairly bare bones,” he said. “From my point of view, the important thing is that it doesn’t mention me.” Dershowitz has been accused of participating in Epstein’s alleged sex trafficking operation. Virginia Giuffre, who is suing Dershowitz for defamation,...

Jennifer Zeng grew up admiring the Communist Party of China and adhering to its stringent rules. But her life changed forever when she embraced religion and was swept up in a government crackdown on Falun Gong. Arrested four times as a young adult and held in as a prisoner in a labor camp, she quickly woke up to the horrors of living in a socialist state. After being subject to brutal torture, Zeng managed to escape China and now tells about the evils of socialism and communism. At a time when more Americans are embracing Karl Marx’s teachings, Chris Wright...

Bottom line, many of my articles conclude that our public schools operate at an unacceptably low level; that this mediocrity is the result of a strategy cunningly pursued by our Education Establishment for ideological purposes; and finally that the techniques employed in this strategy can be singled out, explained, and rejected. Let serious educational reform commence! Alas, the public is perennially confused and unsure what to believe. They don't want to think badly about the people in the local school. They don't want to feel guilty about letting their children attend an inferior school. They would have no idea how...

One week after celebrating Independence Day, a group of American women are heading to Washington D.C. It’s a nonpartisan initiative to bring 50 women from 50 states to dispel the common myths and garner support for gun rights. This no ordinary group of women, and I am honored to be one of them. We are from different backgrounds and represent the same diversities found everywhere in the U.S. From law enforcement officers, competitive shooters, single moms, business owners, survivors of violent crimes, LGBTQ, former military, housewives, and students, we find commonality through our dedication to the Constitution and the Second...

Air conditioning is a sexist and unnecessary luxury that’s killing the planet, according to the New York Times. This is what a Luddite looks like. This is what a backwards, anti-science, anti-progress, spoiled, imperialist, bullying bigot of a Luddite looks like. This, right here. You know, we always laugh at this whackery; we always dismiss it and write it off to left-wing lunacy that no sane country will ever allow … and then the next thing you know men are marrying men, mentally ill men in skirts are sharing restrooms with our daughters, and we’re all being forced to bake...

The U.S. women's national soccer team is back on home soil following its victorious World Cup run in France. The last time the team was in this position, in 2015, it couldn't wait to celebrate with President Obama. But, it's a different story this year. Megan Rapinoe, one of the most vocal and recognizable players on the team, has already told the press she's "not f***ing going" to Trump's White House. As one of the openly gay players on the team, she doesn't believe Trump represents LGBT citizens. It's one of the reasons she's also refused to recite the national...

The editorial declares; A growing number of Americans are struggling to cope with the high and rising cost of rental housing in the United States. On any given night last year, more than half a million Americans were homeless. Nearly 11 million households managed to keep a roof over their heads only by spending more than 50 percent of their income on rent, sharply curtailing their spending on food, health care and other needs. Millions more cannot afford to live in the neighborhoods where children are most likely to thrive, or in the cities where jobs are concentrated. Three candidates...

Soccer champion Megan Rapinoe’s brother, Brian, has a history of involvement with white supremacist prison gang activity, ESPN reported on Sunday. Brian joined a white supremacist gang while he was in prison for car theft and other crimes. His hands, sides, and legs were tattooed with Nazi symbols, including a swastika and lightning bolts. Brian explained them as an effort to become “an active participant in prison culture.” Rapinoe said that she “thought [the tattoos] were horrible.” But, she added, “I could rationalize them: I understood that when he first got in there, he was searching for identity, trying to...

The 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals ruled on July 9 that President Donald Trump violated the First Amendment when he blocked users from viewing and commenting on his Twitter messages. The court determined that Trump’s Twitter account is an official rather than a personal account, making his use of Twitter’s blocking feature akin to a government official excluding people he or she doesn’t agree with from a public forum. Trump’s attorneys argued that his Twitter account is a personal one. The court wasn’t convinced, writing in the opinion that the account’s landing page bears “all the trappings of an official...
