I have relatives in two towns that are still inaccessible. No water. No grocery stores. No electricity or cellular service. My brother hiked for many miles to make a couple of phone calls. He doesn’t know if his daughter is alive or not. Half the town was swept away.

The bigger outrage is the media covered up his condition for four years.
How are they going to vote? There are no polling places, they likely will either be in medical facilities or hotels in other areas outside their polling place and they likely have no ID. They won’t be voting. Biden will see to it.
It’s simple. If they don’t get help they won’t be able to vote. There won’t be any polling places.
