On Friday the news broke that the FBI has been investigating top Democratic Senator Bob Menendez for having sex with underage Dominican hookers. For some reason the ABC host Martha Raddatz forgot to ask Menendez about the hooker scandal. That’s outrageous. You could imagine the grilling this man would get if he had an “R” behind his name insted of a “D”. Instead, ABC willfully keeps the public in the dark on this horrific scandal.

Comprehensive immigration reform could make millions of people suddenly eligible for assistance under President Obama's healthcare law, assuming a final deal paves the way for undocumented immigrants to receive papers. Illegal aliens are now prohibited from purchasing coverage through the Affordable Care Act's insurance exchanges, which will launch next year. They are also ineligible for Medicaid under most circumstances, making the law's expansion of the program fruitless for people without documents. Even young illegal immigrants with "deferred action" status, known as "DREAMers," cannot access the law's benefits. But the picture could change completely if Hispanic lawmakers get their wish —...

In the four decades since Roe v. Wade, states have enacted hundreds of provisions restricting access to abortion services—the majority of which were legislated in 2011 and 2012. In many cases, these provisions, such as mandatory wait times, make it more difficult for women seeking abortions, and in other cases have caused clinics to close. The most recent abortion-provider census data assembled by the Guttmacher Institute dates back to 2008, and found about 850 clinics. The Daily Beast gathered its own data and called more than 750 clinics, to confirm their locations and the number of weeks of pregnancy through...

The overwhelming media adulation for Hillary Clinton this week really brings into focus the fact that mainstream media is a branch of the Democrat party. They don’t attempt to hide it much any more. They are simply cheerleaders for leftists and consistent advocates of big government as the solution to all problems. As the praise was piled higher and deeper for the phenomenal job Hillary has done as Secretary of State, I wondered what world they were living in. Where, in the real world, are things better from Hillary’s efforts? Is the middle east better? Do we have better relationships...

Colonel Martha McSally was our nation's first female combat pilot, logging 325 hours in the skies over Iraq and Afghanistan and she joins us from Tucson. Appearing on NBC’s Meet the Press this afternoon, former GOP vice presidential candidate Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) praised Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and lamented that she did not win the presidency in 2008, as he believes that would lead to a better chance for deficit reduction today than under President Obama. Host David Gregory showed Rep. Ryan video of Sec. Clinton speaking with him at the inaugural luncheon, which Ryan characterized as “chumming it up” over a variety of personal topics. The congressman then praised Clinton: “Look, if we had a [Hillary] Clinton presidency, if we had Erskine Bowles...

This is our country. We live in it, and we have a right to the kind of country we want. We would not allow the French or the United Nations to rule us, and neither should we allow people who died over two centuries ago and knew nothing of our country as it exists today. If we are to take back our own country, we have to start making decisions for ourselves, and stop deferring to an ancient and outdated document.

Has anybody else watched that softball interview of Barack and Hillary on 60 Minutes. Steve Kroft has proven himself fully deserving of the title of Swoon Journalist. He just completely WASTED the entire interview basically SWOONING in the glow of his interviewees. Benghazi questions? Just one as to whether Hillary accepts blame as well as responsibility which she easily deflected. I guess Steve Kroft didn't want to be ostracized by his fellow Swoon Journalists by asking anything resembling a tough question. BTW, try to imagine Steve Kroft being such a power puff if he had a joint interview with George...

**SNIP** Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.), the No. 2 Senate Democrat, said the administration was forced to use recess appointments because of Republican intransigence. “In its frustration, this administration said ‘we were elected to govern,’” Durbin said. “And whether it’s the National Labor Relations Board or whatever they wanted to put people in place to govern.”

Mother Nature is an evil bitch that wants us dead. We know this, we accept it, we try to burn one plant a day as petty revenge against her for it and we move on with our lives. But sometimes her traps are so unsubtle, so obviously, blatantly designed to do nothing but murder human beings in the most awful ways possible that we can't help but stand and applaud her sheer balls. In that spirit, here are five of Mother Nature's more vicious bear traps:

Only Rebellion Can Save America The US federal government has strayed so far from the Constitution and the rule of law that it can now be considered rogue and illegitimate. Written by Lawrence Sellin The thoroughly irresponsible rate of government spending projected over the next twenty-five years will drive federal debt to unsustainable levels. The country is heading for a financial meltdown and economic ruin. The Republican Party is inept and impotent and cannot provide the necessary political opposition to the crimes and unconstitutional policies of the Obama regime or stand against the rampant voter fraud which is now polluting...

It was Lincoln who said "Give me a general who will fight!" That was after the North was defeated over and over again by Robert E. Lee's smaller and more agile armies. Lincoln's first generals fought desperately hard, but not hard enough to win. In the upshot, the Civil War dragged out to became our bloodiest war ever, 600,000 dead -- mostly white folks. And yes, it was triggered by Christian Abolitionists who made slavery morally intolerable to half the nation. Lincoln was therefore forced to find generals who would fight, and he found Sherman and Grant, who wreaked terrible...

Not everyone is exempted from owning military-style assault weapons under new legislation proposed by U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein. Weapons used by government officials and law enforcement will not be prohibited by the law proposed by the California Democrat, which would prohibit the sale, manufacture and importation of 158 specifically named semi-automatic weapons and ammunition magazines that hold more than 10 rounds. Any weapons legally owned before the bill’s enactment would also be exempt, although those firearms would have to be registered in a national database. In addition, more than 2,200 types of hunting and sporting rifles and manually operated firearms...

With the re-election of Barack Obama in November – and with his heavy support in the Latino community -- the Republican Party has been openly considering what it can do to open up the Latino vote for conservative gains. For months, they’ve been talking about the possibility of comprehensive immigration reform. Now, according to House Speaker John Boehner, they’re on the verge of doing something about it. On Tuesday, Boehner talking to the Ripon Society, Boehner said it was “time” to find an immigration solution: I said it the day after the election. I meant it, and we’re going to...

Google’s infrastructure spending continued its upward trend during the fourth quarter, hitting a two-year high of $1.02 billion. Excluding the fourth quarter of 2010, though — in which Google plunked down $2 billion for a massive data center/office location at 111 8th Avenue in New York — the company’s last quarter represents the biggest infrastructure investment in its history.
