A professor recently claimed that the way President Donald Trump formulates his sentences raises concern that he may be unfit to fulfill his duties as president of the United States—all just months after he defended "Black English" as an "alternate form" of the language. John McWhorter, a linguistics professor at Columbia University, pointed out how Trump’s grammatical and spelling mistakes disqualify him from serving as commander-in-chief, in an op-ed for The Atlantic. McWhorter further stated that Trump’s informal style "betray[s] his lack of fitness for the presidency."

The Huffington Post ^ | January 3, 2019 | Andy McDonald
The MSNBC host cited the 25th Amendment, which covers the government’s ability to remove a sitting president. MSNBC morning show host Joe Scarborough believes Donald Trump’s odd 90-minute press conference Wednesday is evidence enough for the government to invoke the 25th amendment and remove the president from office. On Thursday’s “Morning Joe,” Scarborough questioned Trump’s fitness to be president, pointing to the Wednesday press conference and a Tuesday Washington Post op-ed written by newly seated Utah Sen. Mitt Romney, in which Romney criticizes Trump’s character. If the Cabinet or Congress were acting appropriately, Scarborough said, they already would have taken...

President Donald Trump's interaction with Russian President Vladimir Putin was a "disaster," "detrimental to the country" and the strongest evidence yet that "the president (should) step down."Those are the words of former New Jersey Gov. Christie Whitman, a Republican, who penned a blistering op-ed in the Los Angeles Times this weekend calling on fellow GOPers to put country over party and dump Trump."In this election year, opposing Trump is risky for GOP candidates," Whitman wrote. "Invoking the need to choose country over party is an overused trope. But it is essential now." The piece was a reaction to Trump's refusal last week...

Former Republican New Jersey Gov. Christine Todd Whitman said President Donald Trump is "clearly unfit to remain in office" and called for him to step down Sunday (in a lengthy Los Angeles Times op-ed.) Todd Whitman, who also led the EPA during President George W. Bush's first term, said Trump's "disgraceful performance" before Russian leader Vladimir Putin during their controversial summit last week in Finland helped her come to such a conclusion.

An FDNY psychologist who says Donald Trump once crudely insulted her looks has diagnosed him as mentally unfit to be president. Suzanne Lachmann claims her brief encounter with Trump — and her work treating FDNY firefighters after 9/11 — qualifies her to make the pronouncement. Lachmann recently tweeted that she “met Trump personally,” and that her work with the Bravest to “determine who must be taken off line due to mental duress,” justifies her conclusion that the commander-in-chief must go.

It was strange to see Carl Bernstein praising Fox News on CNN today. But Bernstein had an ulterior motive. He was trying to butter up Fox News in order to lure it into providing the ammo to blast President Trump out of office. [snip] Bernstein wants FNC to interview every Republican congressman and senator and report back what they really think about Trump’s fitness. Bernstein seemed confident that they would find that most think that Trump is unfit. Get the rest of the story and view the video here.

Rep. Jamie Raskin of Maryland will be the keynote speaker at an upcoming event organized by a group called Duty to Warn. Duty to Warn has called for President Trump’s removal from office under the 25th Amendment on the grounds that he is not psychologically fit to serve. From the Hill: Raskin is expected to discuss legislation he introduced earlier this year to establish an Oversight Commission on Presidential Capacity that can determine if the president is incapacitated. His bill currently has 31 co-sponsors, all of whom are Democrats. Under the Constitution’s 25th Amendment, the vice president and a majority...

Hillary Rodham entered Yale Law School in the fall of 1969. In the spring of 1970 the "Yale Review of Law and Social Action" (not the "Yale Law Journal") was started and Rodham became associate editor. Also in the spring of 1970 in New Haven, Connecticut (where Yale is located) members of the Black Panthers went on trial for kidnapping and murder. Rodham helped organize demonstrations, and formed a student committee to monitor the trial and report on "abuses" and to offer legal advice to demonstrators who got arrested. The largest protest was on May 1, 1970, a day which...

DALLAS – Just a year after becoming the first female district attorney of Dallas County – and later admitting she struggled with mental illness — Susan Hawk faces a rare legal battle over whether she is fit to keep her job. In a hearing Friday, a judge will hear arguments on whether the case, initiated by one of Hawk’s fired employees, can move forward — and possibly fuel debate over whether mental illness can be used to remove a public official from office.

Obama should be impeached; removed from office as unfit to serve; or forced to resign

It is obvious that Obama is either treasonous or unfit to serve because of his love and loyalty to Islam (the enemy) or just plain incompetence. He admits that our country is under sustained attack, but refuses to recognize the obvious enemy (aiding and abetting) and refuses to secure the borders, secure the nation, or even enforce the law, and instead wants to unconstitutionally disarm we the people. These are treasonous acts during wartime. Impeach and remove or force him to resign ala Richard Nixon. IMPEACH THE BASTARD!!

Sen. Ted Cruz wants Secretary of State John Kerry to step down if he does not disavow comments claiming Israelis have some responsibility for the recent rash of violence in their country. Kerry and his top advisors “have proven themselves utterly unfit for the positions they hold,” the Texas Republican and presidential candidate said in a statement on Thursday evening. Cruz has previously called for Kerry to resign for prior comments on Israel but now is also warning that his top spokesman John Kirby should prepare to step down as well. “Mr. Kirby should immediately retract his offensive assertion that...

Before he officially announced his run for the presidency, Senator Ted Cruz responded to California Governor Jerry Brown calling him “unfit” for office.Brown was on Meet the Press yesterday and reacted to Cruz rejecting scientific theories about climate change. Brown said, “That man betokens such a level of ignorance and a direct falsification of the existing scientific data… [He] has rendered himself absolutely unfit to be running for office.”Cruz spoke to Breitbart News Sunday yesterday and responded to Brown’s remarks. He rejected the “alarmism” and again insisted there has been no warming in the past decade-plus.Cruz also expressed disappointment...

Sen. Ted Cruz has "rendered himself absolutely unfit to be running for office" -- let alone president -- by insisting that humans aren't to blame for global warming, California Gov. Jerry Brown says. Brown, a Democrat, took aim at Cruz during a Sunday appearance on NBC's "Meet the Press," the day before Cruz is expected to announce his bid for the 2016 Republican presidential nomination during a speech at Liberty University in Virginia. He blasted Cruz's comment during a late-night television appearance that climate change "alarmists" have a problem. "The science doesn't back them up," Cruz had said on NBC's...

A police officer who shot a 12-year-old dead in a Cleveland park late last month had been judged unfit for police service two years earlier by a small suburban force where he worked for six months, according to records released on Wednesday. Officer Timothy Loehmann, who killed Tamir Rice on 22 November, was specifically faulted for breaking down emotionally while handling a live gun. During a training episode at a firing range, Loehmann was reported to be “distracted and weepy” and incommunicative. “His handgun performance was dismal,” deputy chief Jim Polak of the Independence, Ohio, police department wrote in an...
