Vice President Harris on Monday backed President Biden’s push for term limits for Supreme Court justices and a constitutional amendment to counteract their recent presidential immunity decision.
“President Biden and I strongly believe that the American people must have confidence in the Supreme Court. Yet today, there is a clear crisis of confidence facing the Supreme Court as its fairness has been called into question after numerous ethics scandals and decision after decision overturning long-standing precedent,” she said in a statement.
Biden’s three-fold proposal includes 18-year term limits for the nine justices, which would enable the sitting president to appoint a new justice every two years, and a binding code of conduct for the Supreme Court.

When is someone going to ask the obvious question..What about term limits for senators so you don’t have people doing 40 some years in the senate.
She’s a freaking Indo/Jamaican. What the hell would she know about the U.S. Supreme Court. If she wants to change a government, she needs to go home to India, Jamaica or Canada. She’s not an American.
The whole purpose of this is to give them an issue to run with that doesn’t turn off 2/3rds of the electorate like everything else they espouse.
Trump needs to keep reminding everybody that the economy matters more and that their side messed it up by messing with people’s choices and completely turning up the faucet at the border.
Why not just shred the constitution? Declare a second revolution and Democrats can start calling themselves... I don’t know... Bolsheviks?
Our forefathers did realize that there was no check or balance on the USSC....but it would give away the power of the court and make it worthless. They did good.

Their ultimate goal of these lefty tyrants is to completely trash, replace the US Constitution and set up a “new order” - just as happened in the old Soviet Union.
This destruction is the beginning and will ramp up if Democrats win the 2024 election. Harris will make sure to give 17 million invaders amnesty, family reunification to swell their numbers further - and a path to citizenship that allows them to legally vote in 2028.

With today’s state divide, it will never happen. Now throw in term limits for Congress and it just might fly.
