Is this man on drugs or something...
Charismatic mega Church prosperity teacher Joel Osteen brands the US President as «A good Christian, who is doing a good job in a difficult time.
Joel Osteen and his wife
These questions came to mind while watching Joel Osteen and his lovely wife, Victoria, on CNNs Larry King Live last week. King pointed out that many Americans are still confused about Obamas religion and asked, «Does it matter?»
«Well, it matters to me,« said Osteen. «It matters to me that I know he loves the Lord, and I think its important that he has convictions from his faith. So to me, it matters when Im making my personal decisions».
Mrs. Osteen weighed in, too: «It does. It matters to me.
I believe he is a Christian».

> Whats a LIV?
A low information voter; one who votes based on “swagger”, celebrity status, appearance or promises without doing research to see how they vote or where stand on issues, what their background history is, verify credentials, and what their political affiliations and beliefs are. I think that sums it up in a nutshell.
Don't know, but there is a power within him that is greater than any power...uh, he's inside a greater power...uh, something, something, power within...aw, the hell with it, send him some money.
I knew there was something wrong about this joker; seems phony as the day is long, therefore his comments about Obola fit perfectly!
He is following Baker, Swaggart and others who blazed the mega-media churches agenda. Pretty face Osteen pitches slick presentations to audiences of gullible folks who are looking for easy answers to salvation. When I have time I’ll google Osteen. I expect he has an elaborate lifestyle.
Thank you, no. I will leave that to you
From the same guy who delivered the invocation at the inauguration of Houston’s first openly-lesbian mayor—the same “leader” who was trying to bully ministers into providing copies of their “anti-gay” sermons.
Where was Pastor Joel when his fellow ministers were under attack?

Stanley is SOLID! And I am a Catholic.
Osteen is the vanguard of the great falling away / great apostasy of the end times.
Someone — I do not know who as I ignore the posts — posts the Joel Osteen homilies on Freerepublic.
The Osteens are charlatans, both are narcissists, it is not surprising that they would state this drivel as sociopaths like the Osteens and Obama have to stick together.
Though I tend to suspect that every member of the Osteen’s “congregation” are either brain dead or brainwashed, it is possible that this collossal whopper may wake a few from their collective comas.
Or not. It is difficult to grasp that people listen to anything these modern day Elmer Gantrys have to say on any topic.
Conclusion: people are abysmally stupid and will always be, they’ll continue to reward the Osteens with their glazed eyes and their checkbooks no matter what they say or do.
Pathetic.

Thanks for that calendar check. Lots of people wanted to believe in Hope and Change and the first black president, especially in those first few months after his election and do-over swearing in.
I like to believe that many will give others the benefit of doubt in the beginning, at least while there is still some doubt left to give.
But that was then, what about now?
I would love to hear what he says these days, if his opinion has changed or if he still believes what he said when the party was just getting started.
He presides over a congregation that seeks to have their ears itched rather than seek the Truth.
thank you. I should have guessed that.
Mr. Osteen, with all due respect, Obama cannot be a Christian and simultaneously claim to be the Messiah.
Thank you.
And he always posts this with it as well:
“Debate of any kind is not appropriate on a devotional thread. They are closed, i.e. to be treated as if they are occurring behind the closed doors of a church.” -Religion Moderator

Words are crutches for weak people who don't get it. If you need a word, then you don't know it for yourself.
