Overnite, two men arrested while sleeping in their car at a reststop in MD. John Mohammed aka John Williams and his stepson Lee Malvo. Mohammad is thought to be the likely shooter.

Well, how can you have a custody dispute over your child with a man you aren't married to ?

The custody fight was with his second wife Mildred Green whom he had three children with. After the divorce he took one of the children and it took Mildred 18 months to get the child back.

Malvo and Mohammand don't appear to meet each other until they meet somehow in Billingsham WA (possibly in a homeless shelter).

That is what I was trying to relate. He ran when the cop approached. The ABC store is on a curve on Zelda Rd. Next to the store is a small field and wooded area (No bigger than business sized lots) A Drainage Ditch runs down the center of this area. Once he hit the ditch he had several options.

IF Malvo ran straight he would have popped out behind a Krystal Restaurant and Captain D's ... Turn right in the ditch and go under the road and he pops up between a Taco Bell and McDonalds and then hits the interstate .. Turn left in ditch and he is under a wooden frnce and in an apartment complex.

I'm just wondering where Osbourne is, too. He may be at the bottom of a river...OR he may be part of the necessary support structure for a covert operation such as the sniper case. Covert operations it is, and WillyMo didn't get it from the Army. He's acting on orders from someone. As Mo1 said (paraphrasing) : "people don't rob a liquer store then go shooting people just like that."

There's still the question of funding. HOW much did he pay for the car? "$200.00"? Wow, that's cheap...but then there's licensing, registration, taxes, tags, title transfer...maybe Osbourne was the cash cow they needed in order to get on the road...all the way to Alabma where they committed murder in a liquor store. (weird)

Also, the two Amigos were on the road for a long time. They needed ammo. They needed Gas. They needed food...they probably sponge-bathed in restrooms (IF they even bothered) and they needed clothing which was reasonably clean and in relatively good condition, in order not to draw undue attention to themselves.

I thought they were in Lousiana visiting the relatives in August, or was that the year before? I doubt they drove to New Jersey after that. They bought the car last September 11th, and then failed to pick it up for a while...do we know when he finally picked it up? Dizzy with confusion.

Excuse me for asking, but why is 'most of' FreeRepublic, apparently, giving the Janet Reno and Bill Clinton selected candidate, Dr. Charles Moose (doctorate in Urban Studies) a free pass. Have I somehow been redirected to Democrat Underground?

This guy (selected by the NAACP) to solve the now proven non-existant-NAACP alleged racial profile scandal by the Montgomery County Police, with his agenda of not painting groups... not causing minorities to be misidentified, has caused 4 additional people to be killed, because the Baltimore LE, that stopped the same Caprice with the same killers in it (on October 8th), let them go because they were black and not white.

I'm sure a little DNA testing will clear up the relationship issue between the two perps.

We may eventually find that the kid is older than 17 and the whole illegal immigration thing is based on some phoney mother/son relationship.
