Is this a way to check for wimps? (Actually hard pressed to look upon Italians, Romans, as wimps, The French, maybe but not the Italians)
Guess it chocks up to the fact their PM (i.e.President)seems to have some kahuna's (SP?) and says sensible things. Viva la Italia!!!

Well, wimposity is an equal opportunity affliction, it cuts across all ethnic, national and racial lines. The good news here is that, although you can't buy 'wimp test strips' at a pharmacy, wimp detection in any group isn't that much of a challenge.
All you have to do is look and listen... "You know 'em when you see 'em", to paraphrase the famous line by the judge challenged to define porn.
In fact, it's a sort of self-test... If you can't easily spot the wimps out there, that's a sign that you might be a wimp yourself.

What are you trying to say here? Are you saying that he takes his liberal political opponents aside and offers them deals that they can't refuse?
