Overnite, two men arrested while sleeping in their car at a reststop in MD. John Mohammed aka John Williams and his stepson Lee Malvo. Mohammad is thought to be the likely shooter.

Eye witness reports from the home depot shooting. Not the guy discredited, but others described olive skinned, dark, not black not white, probably hispanic. Witness from several locations described them/him this way. Note: it was said the note could have been written by someone with hispanic orgins. I really don't want to rehash this, just mentioned it in passing, if that's okay. To me it just seems as if noone knew anything. I also heard "white guy" described a couple of time through all this.

That being said, let me also say: I think it may be related to international terrorism. But I have no proof.

It is important to state that any link to intl. terrorism and/or others involved is all speculation at this point. But there are some good facts relating to this. The Feds were drawn to this "campgroundzero" while investigating Mohammad and Malvo. There is a possible AQ / Muslim Militant link to that camp. I am very curious to see what more will become known of Mohammad, this camp, training there and others he was with.

Just heard Mohammed and Malvo met when they both were living in homeless shelter last year in the Sea/Tac area.

If true, their relationship is different from the usual stepfather/stepson relationship!!!

HELP NEEDED from any FReepers who live near any of the shootings:

this is a long-shot and quite possibly may require a tin-foil hat, but......do any of you living near the shootings remember seeing tea bags taped to stop signs?

This could apply to anybody, really.....but I have reasons to ask particularly about the Aspen Hill, Silver Spring, Falls Church areas.

Anyone on this thread know what is near the place where these guys were captured, I believe this is what Ted Williams was just talking about. The media announced this morning right after the guys were captured what they were near.

IMO, we need to know alot MORE about Mr. Yates, of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, co-owner of that camp. We also need to know alot more about that camp and who has gone through it getting "spiritual training."

I live in the OKC metro area. I was there on April 19, 1995... MET was involved in OKC. Nothing that can be said will ever change my mind on that. (your post #1289)

This is an excellent and informative post from somebody on the scene at OKC.

The OKC connection got buried, too, just like what seems to be happening today in D.C.

Less and less is heard as the day goes on about terrorism, connections (other than to the US Army), Muslims, Black Muslims, motives, accomplices or whether these two drifters could even have carried off this 3 week reign of terror all by themselves - planned and executed from the back seat of a dumpy car they lived in. More and more is heard about tree stumps, death penalties, legal investigative techinques, sniper rifles and man-on-the-street-interviews of relief it's "over".

This is going down the Memory Hole, folks. In three days it will be over and business as usual - except for the calls for gun control and shutting down "militia training areas", which are obviously aided and abetted by the NRA.

In addition to a hefty award, the guy that called in seeing that car at the rest stop should be carried on people's shoulders in a parade in his honor! If these guys are the confirmed shooter(s), his call may well have saved time and lives, and maybe the whole case.
