Anyone on this thread know what is near the place where these guys were captured, I believe this is what Ted Williams was just talking about. The media announced this morning right after the guys were captured what they were near.

About halfway between Frederick, MD and Hagerstown, MD on the westbound side.

The rest area is on the top of South Mountain. Pretty wooded around it, the entrance is posted "Hi Cop Stop" to tell people that there are regular police patrols. I drive past it every workday coming home. Last night, I passed it around 10:30. Didn't stop, but then again, the BOLO for the car wasn't public at that point either.
