So how long will it take to fight it in court? I mean will we know who the candidate will be before then?
Its on. He didn't resign his seat, only trying to get his name removed from the ballot. So they'll go through legal battle that they know they'll likely lose, but delay things past Saturday. So then they'll claim that they have no choice, and do the 1 year delayed election, and claim that they had no intention of delaying the election, but they ran out of time and were left with that as the only option, else abortion will be banned and women forced into burkas, the forest will be bulldozed, and the Great Depression will begin.

Imagine the horror in South Africa. And they thought their elections were full of corruption.

It will be up to the court/judge to decide...

They are going to have one hell of a legal problem getting a replacement on the ballot. I understand the first step is to have the Atty. Gen. allow it. The Atty. Gen. is a Republican!
According to the law of New Jersey, he had to quit before Sept. 16 - 48 days ahead of the election.

We should be more forgiving - like the Dems! Wow, that was so sickening there should have been a warning label on it.
CROOK CROOK CROOK CROOK CROOK!

Check you email! This isn't a disgrace for NJ, it is a disgrace for the Democrat National Committee and Tom Daschle, the clintons, etc!
Tell everyone you meet that this is not the fault of the people of New Jersey, it is the fault of the DemocRATS!

Judge Napalitano just said the SCOTUS does not have jurisdiction. It must be the State Supreme court...or the District Court for nj.

If he is not resigning then there is no vacancy for the Gov' fill and the only question left is who what name will be on rat line. My guess is he has more legal troubles and has been asked to vacate to avoid future embarrasment to the Rats.

"If they're losing, just line up another candidate and see if he does better. Good to know. We should have tried this with Lazio.

If he resigns this weekend, they can attempt to get by with this!

Corzine is lauding him now. The Torch got a standing O from the brain-dead in the room, even though the slow clunk-clunk of the applause sounded dead, also. Now Corzine is making a Dem campaign speech.
Oh, Lord, deliver me from this evil!

What? The Attorney General is a Republican? Hope he has some balls. Where is Katherine Harris when we need her?

The best thing about this link is the music loop at the opener (which I haven't been able to find on Kazaa).
