They are going to have one hell of a legal problem getting a replacement on the ballot. I understand the first step is to have the Atty. Gen. allow it. The Atty. Gen. is a Republican!
According to the law of New Jersey, he had to quit before Sept. 16 - 48 days ahead of the election.

Right. Legally, they have no way out of this. They will, of course, take this to the court of popular opinion with the usual:
"Republicans are denying the votes of the American people, etc..."

Watch the beginning of the demonization of the AG in NJ--just like Katherine Harris--if he won't let the demonrats do whatever they like.
