Police arrested a woman who had worked for three weeks at the Rocking Horse Ranch childcare center in the death of 11-month-old Harvey Muklebust.
Theah Loudemia Russell, 18, is in custody and expected to be charged soon for second-degree unintentional murder, Savage Police Chief Brady Juell and Scott County Attorney Ron Hocevar said at a Wednesday afternoon press conference at Savage City Hall. Following months of investigation, Russell admitted to suffocating the child, which resulted in his death, Juell said.
Russell also faces several counts of first degree assault for attempting the same on another infant at the daycare center who survived.
Savage police were called to Rocking Horse Ranch on Sept. 19 to assist with a four-month-old girl who was not breathing and was found to have blood and foam near her nose and mouth. The child was transported to a hospital by her parents, assessed and released with no further issues observed over the weekend.
The child returned to the childcare center for regular care the following Monday and was again found not breathing a short time later. The parents were notified and they transported her to a hospital, according to Juell.

When I worked with elderly in DC for many years, people valued Caribbean nurses to care for their loved ones; because they were very good and attentive at it.

F' U. You're an idiot for your posts. My comment does not reflect on my relations with blacks. My neighbors were black, and often gifted my family with watermelons (true). Good people. My best friend in high school was black, his family were giving people (he and his brothers were Boy Scouts). I was briefly bused to a ghetto school for a year, on Potrero Hill in San Francisco (OJ Simpson from there).
However, many blacks are disproportionally responsible for crimes in our country. The bad ones make it bad for the good ones. Regardless of your race, you're probably one of the bad people inhabiting this country.

Thanks for posting this story. Why only 2nd degree murder? She seems very dangerous. Any bets the other injured child was also white. AA’s have been fed hate whitey rhetoric for several generations now, and it’s coming to fruition. Such a pretty baby, how very evil to harm him.

Every time someone here utters the ‘Yogi/BooBoo’ stuff, posts Jane Goodall’s image, or says, ‘Do I have to look?” they are doing more to harm many decent Black people than to solve the problem of the bad ones.
It isn’t just TDS that has caused so many to leave Free Republic, and made fund raising so much harder. People are getting disgusted with and don’t want to be associated with the crude and ugly stuff posted here in recent years. It wasn’t like this in the beginning.

Despite having black friends, neighbors, and even relatives (my lily-white nephew married a black woman), I have been assaulted by blacks from a young age. Got jumped by several black hoodlums while coming home from school, punched in the face for no reason other than not being black. Same for my wife, when she was in middle school she got jumped by black punks and beaten. In high school, my blond girlfriend got attacked and thrown down some stairs. One time in high school I got jumped by several black girls and beaten, until some black guys came to my rescue. Those were the not-so-bad times. Later I got assaulted by guys with knives or guns, but managed to get the upper hand. There were attacks on my mom and sisters. My dad's friend got jumped by several blacks, doused with gasoline and set on fire - he survived with multiple surgeries and lost an arm. There is an epidemic of black on white crime.
Using weapons or multiple attackers on one person is bad enough, but attacking defenseless babies is totally uncalled for.
Minnesota. For years it was just quietly going about it's business, attracting tourists to it's lakes and BAM! Meltdown. It's always the quiet ones.
I first thought this was The Babylon Bee until seeing the horrific nature of the story. Names like Muklebust and Loudemia sound more out of a Bullwinkle cartoon than real life. But what do I know, with a BS degree from Wassamatta U.?
This one hit me so very hard. Only the most evil of Satan’s minions could look at that little angelic face and do harm. I’ve felt we need to go back to public hangings; let’s start with this one.
The parents were consoled that they’re not racist.

You can say that you see a problem in a decent way, instead of bringing in ‘gorillas’ and ‘Amish’, and childish crap like that.
Good Black people are harmed by this nonsense; and when they see it, they’re also deterred from joining a Conservative forum even though they might share a lot of our concerns. (Why would Black people want to join a club whose noisiest members lump them all together with the worst?)
You can rationalize some of these childish comments all you like; but Black people are just going to see them as mean racism.
