Lefty Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner claimed violent crime was worse in “Trump states” — as he denied his soft-on-crime policies were to blame for his city’s soaring crime rate.
Krasner’s bold statements came during a fiery interview with Fox29’s “Good Morning Philadelphia” Wednesday, when he was grilled by anchor Mike Jerrick a day after five teens were shot at a high school.

"Have we overlooked anything in the Red vs Blue crime discussion?"
That’s because that even in red states there are islands of blue areas where crime is out of control, much like Chicago. For example: New Orleans is the new murder capital of the U.S., even worse than St. Louis and Memphis. But all three are in red STATES.
There is certainly NOT more crime in red COUNTIES than blue COUNTIES. In many cases, if you remove the crimes from the blue counties, the state crime rates would be tiny.
Notice how fanatical these Soros DAs are. Like Gascon, Krasner has the look of a crazed zealot.
Point him to thread #4097446 above.
It’s obvious that Democrats have no notion what local government is supposed to do. Okay, make that all of government. Philadelphia has turned into a hell hole after six decades of Democrat rule.
Yes. It’s not the color red or blue. It’s a very dark color.
Another RAT shyster with a big mouth and very punchable face. So what else is new?
>>PENNSYLVANIA LAWMAKERS PREPARE TO IMPEACH LARRY KRASNER
Pennsylvania Republicans have fought Philadelphia’s reform DA since his first election. Now, some Democrats are falling in line to oust him.

Mental illness on display once again by a leftist.
Well said. In addition, the disinformation media will quote Dem’s fantasy statements (lies) so often that half the country will believe them
Typical lying POS Democrat!

Republicans lie? Well, I guess if you shout it loudly enough, maybe you can fool people into believing it. I googled murder rate. I found an article from July, 2022 in the Washington Examiner. Here are the cities with the number of murders, and the murder rates per population through the first half of 2022:
New Orleans 145 36.8
Baltimore 174 29.1
Birmingham 59 28.0
St. Louis 83 27.8
Milwaukee 112 19.0
Cleveland 64 16.9
Rochester 34 16.6
Philadelphia 240 15.1
Atlanta 74 14.9
Kansas City 73 14.6
So in this Communist’s mind, are cities like St. Louis, Kansas City, and New Orleans considered Trump cities because the state voted for Trump? What a joke! Everyone knows all these cities are populated with Democrats, and run by the same. Larry Krasner is a big Communist liar.
Oh, by the way, last year there were 561 murders in Philadelphia. I divided that by their population, and got 1 murder for every 2,810 residents. Here in Berks County, we had 17 murders in 2021. Divide by population, and it’s 1 murder for every 25,226 residents. And, our DA solved all but 3 of the murders. Krasner solves about 1/4 of his. Piece of sh8t. And the Berks County DA is a Democrat, too.
Uh-huh.
Sobering reality = Real numbers.
All the states he condemned are like that. PA. Philadelphia & Pittsburgh.
Trump States with Democrat=run hell-hole cities. That’s where the bulk of the crime is. They like to split hairs.

Since Black Lives Matter, the homicide rate among Blacks has gone up significantly.
There is a high correlation between a state's Black or African-American population percentage and the state's homicide rate. DC has the highest Black percentage and highest homicide rate. Mississippi is #2 for murders and #2 for Black population percentage.
Philadelphia is at an all-time high for murders, which is kinda hard to blame on Mississippi.
