Pro-impeachment and 21-year incumbent Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) has adopted departing Rep. Liz Cheney’s (R-WY) January 6 insurrection narrative heading into the November midterm election.
“That was insurrection,” Murkowski claimed on the With All Due Respect podcast with Andrew Halcro, referring to the riot. “Criminals who come in, who raided the capital on January 6, need to be tried under the due process of the law. … We need to make sure we’ve got a process that is truly fair under our Constitution, and that is what we are seeing going forward.”

Hopefully the “R” means “Retired” after the Nov elections.
If that was a true insurrection, every protester would have been armed and the cops would have been dead along with congress.
This was an FBI entrapment operation the prototypes were in places like Bunkerville (Bundy Ranch) Nevada in April 2014 and during the Oregon Standoff Protest in early 2016 at Malheur National Wildlife Refuge.

Hey, Lisa, under the due process of the law there hasn't been a single person charged, much less convicted, of insurrection.
You may want to update your knowledge base so you don't look ignorant or like you're grasping at air to help a flailing campaign.
Her problem is that the vast majority of Republicans think that January 6 was Animal House re-enacted in the Capitol. This screed might get her a number of Democrat second choice votes, but will sink her among Republicans picking their first choice for the seat.
Tshibaka needs to run this excerpt in her campaign ads, show Murkowski alongside Lizard Cheney and point to Murkowski as the Democrat in the race. That will goose GOP turnout in her favor.
The D is far preferable to her and would be easier to dislodge in 6 years
