Alec Baldwin and Rosanna Arquette are among a number of celebrities who have been slammed for sending thoughts and prayers to Anne Heche after the A-lister’s high-speed crash into a Mar Vista house while allegedly drunk.
Baldwin took to Instagram on Saturday to send “my best wishes and all my love” to Heche, who is reportedly in stable condition in a hospital after suffering severe burns in the incident. According to a statement from the Los Angeles Fire Department, it took 59 firefighters more than an hour to access, confine, and extinguish the “stubborn flames” caused when Heche’s vehicle slammed into the two-story home, “causing structural compromise and erupting in heavy fire prior to LAFD arrival.” Heche was pulled out of the burning vehicle in critical condition.
She is now stable, according to a statement from Heche’s friend and podcast partner, Heather Duffy Boylston. “Anne is currently in stable condition. Her family and friends ask for your thoughts and prayers and to respect her privacy during this difficult time,” she said.
In his Instagram video, Baldwin says: “Anne is an old pal of mine. There’s not a lot of women I’ve worked with that are brave in the way that Anne is brave.
“I love you, Anne, I love you and I think you are such a talented person. I hope everything is OK, I hope you come through this. My heart goes out to you. I’m sorry you had this tragic thing happen to you, and I’m sending you all my love.”
He then asked: “'Everyone please join me please in sending their support and love to the wonderful Anne Heche. Thanks.”
In response, many took to the comments to suggest that the focus should be on the occupant of the house whose Heche’s car slammed into.

The homeowner said that she lost "a lifetime of memories."
The randomness of life let her live. She could have easily been killed.
I know it is hard to find comfort when life as you know it has been destroyed
Grace Ortiz was right in front of the fireball on la brea. She said her kids saw the baby fly through the air and were screaming...but at least they weren’t killed in the fireball
What happened to the homeowner isn’t fair. She was just trying to live her life when a mentally ill woman destroyed her home...but at least she isn’t dead.
Purported drunk nurse . Seems impossible

Not a good mix for a 120 pound woman.
There has been nothing on the local news about her being arrested for Felo0ny Drunk Driving?? WHY?
ANY medical procedures would have immediately included a complete tox/drug screening.
Medical personnel must know what is already in your system to administer anything else.
They will have complete evidence of her condition prior to crash.
She also faces a hard road to recovery.
OFTEN, burn victims last a few days, but the body gives up against all the damage.
RODNEY KING was driving a YUGO over 110 MPH when he was being chased.
No wonder why they wanted to arrest him.
my posts are mixing two stories. the 2 million to 9 million bond is the drunk nurse. there are reports that she was on so much pain medication it would be difficult to prove she was drunk...which might also apply to Drunk Washed up Hollywood star.
Being in a car for as long as Heche was she has to be horribly burned inside and out..a lot of lung damage. Frankly, and tragically, she has a horrible road ahead.
There was a burned military victim on Dancing with the stars.

It was hard to look at him. He won the contest. But he talked about the suffering he went through and so many times he just wanted to die
I dont see how Heche isnt horribly disfigured
My garage got broken into stole tools and both my folks last key chains keep the tools i want there key chains back and all our pet collars
Amen. This is her chance to see her life differently and repent. Go is not willing that any should perish. Prayers 🙏 for a new life in Christ for her.
They top out at 155+.

Two of those three people who weren’t covered have not had their names released, either pending identification or pending attempts to notify of next of kin. Standard procedure by LAPD (and many other departments) for non-celebrity accidents, so this is why at least those two aren’t named in coverage as of this writing. The segment I linked in the above post does actually *mention* the unnamed decedents.
In practice, it’s pretty simple. You contact the individual and tell him or her that you are praying for them and keeping them in your thoughts. If you try it some time, you may be encouraged by the reaction. Of course, the other part of the deal is that you actually do pray for and think of them in terms of how you can help, otherwise it’s just words, kind of like a script actors read from.
You make a fair point but I can’t think of a leftist by name who hates religion and spirituality who still retains a bit of humanity. Hatred is a poison and humanity seems to be its first victim.
>> in LA that killed 6 people
The one where the wasted nurse blew a red light @ 100+ mph? She killed a young family plus others, right?
Good thing she didn't drunkenly plow into a school with a gun in the back seat.
Sorry about that Fermi topic, beats me how that got that kw.
You are right. Two different flaming car accidents in California, just hours apart. Heche drove her car into a house while drunk/high on cocaine, the nurse committed her 14th car accident by slamming into an intersection packed with cars at over 10 mph.
