Two of those three people who weren’t covered have not had their names released, either pending identification or pending attempts to notify of next of kin. Standard procedure by LAPD (and many other departments) for non-celebrity accidents, so this is why at least those two aren’t named in coverage as of this writing. The segment I linked in the above post does actually *mention* the unnamed decedents.
If the dead/burned victims were illegal aliens or on-the-fly criminal felons, they may never be identified publicly or privately. (No family known nor any family looking for them, no address, no record or biometrics or even driver license birth certificate. )
