Supreme Court Justices Spew 'Shocking' Misinformation During Arguments on Biden's Vaccine Mandate

On Friday the Supreme Court heard arguments about the constitutionality of President Joe Biden's Wuhan coronavirus vaccine mandates for private companies with more than 100 employees. In September 2021, Biden tasked OSHA with implementing and enforcing the mandates. In the time since, the administration has been sued by multiple parties.

During questioning, liberal Justice Sonia Sotomayor made a number of false statements about the vaccine's ability to prevent transmission of the virus. While it may protect against death or hospitalization, the vaccine does not prevent transmission.

I lost all confidence in and respect for the Supreme Court justices when they refused to examine the evidence of massive election fraud.

They're looking at the vaccine mandates when they should have taken a very serious look at the Texas election fraud case, which at one time looked very promising and solid.

The opinion also cites Biden saying, "No I don't think [vaccines] should be mandatory." [FN 17], which is another statement contrary to OSHA's mandate. OSHA likewise reversed itself.

The grounds the 5th Circuit gave for deciding the way it did were not POTUS or Klain's remarks, however. Agreed they did blister the administration. Here is what i take as the reason ...

But health agencies do not make housing policy, and occupational safety administrations do not make health policy. Cf. Ala. Ass'n of Realtors, 141 S. Ct. at 2488-90. In seeking to do so here, OSHA runs afoul of the statute from which it draws its power and, likely, violates the constitutional structure that safeguards our collective liberty.

The constitutional structure argument is that vaccine mandates are a state police power not ceded to the feds under the constitution.
