A woman who says she was sexually abused by Jeffrey Epstein testified on Tuesday that Ghislaine Maxwell helped lure her into his orbit when she was just 14 and described how the depraved duo were “giggling” when they first molested her together.
The alleged victim, an actress identified by the pseudonym “Jane” in court, said she was at Epstein’s Palm Beach, Florida, mansion in 1994 when the pedophile and his accused madam led her upstairs to his bedroom, moved her over to the bed and “took their clothes off.”
“They started to sort of like fondle each other,” she said, adding that they were “casually giggling” as she stood there.
“He asked me to take my top off,” the witness continued. “Then there were hands everywhere and Jeffrey proceeded to masturbate again. And Ghislaine was like rubbing on him, kissing on him.”
Other times, Jane said the sick pair would lead her to a massage table inside a room at the house and show her how Epstein liked to be rubbed down.
“During these incidents did Maxwell ever touch your body?” Assistant US Attorney Alison Moe asked.

The witness — one of four alleged victims mentioned in the indictment against the British socialite — was the first accuser to take the stand at the Manhattan trial, telling jurors how Maxwell was there when she was abused by Epstein, at least through the age of 16.
“I don’t know, but more than twice,” the woman said when asked how many times Maxwell was present when Epstein abused her.
“It’s hard to remember because I was abused pretty much every time I would go over to his house and it all started to seem the same after a while.”

a child cant give consent
It’s all disgusting and it will probably get worse. However, you know what is the most disgusting thing about this whole trial?
They are not naming names of the clients.
Justice for thee but not for me.......
Why are underage girls even there? Not like they were kidnapped. They preyed on young girls. How many were willing early? Prostitutes at 16?
Except abortion and transsexual activity?
It’s convoluted
Where were her parents?
HA! good one! I know, it’s crazy things like that are exempt
“Where were her parents?”
Maybe they were there...
I'm starting to see a pattern here and a way to avoid being abused.
legally true
in reality, they do
i’m not going to make a case for epi and maxwell because they both should have been strung up
but if you keep going back to a situation you later on decide you don’t like, you are ok with it
you don’t get to change your mind later after multiple times of doing the same stuff over and over again, and knowing if you go over there its going to occur again
same thing with these washed up actresses complaining about a producer/agent guy after staying and working with him for decades, then decides when her career is fading and shes not getting roles anymore to speak out and say she didn’t like what he did
Her father was dead and they had just lost their home.
Predators look for vulnerable children.
You can normalize anything with a minor. Please don’t blame the victim. They are not adults yet.
They groomed her. She felt welcomed and wanted. She was trying to please. Don’t act as though minors can think critically like adults.
That’s how pedophiles justify their behavior. “He wanted it.”
Sheesh.
NOT. AS. A. CHILD.
Yes you could make the argument that a 17 year old could stick up for herself. But not if she has been habituated.
There is a reason our laws are different for minors and adults. You have to draw a line somewhere or you draw it nowhere.
Have you ever known a victim of minor sexual abuse? Lots of it is done to teens. Are they just all little whores?
What if instead of being 14, she was 10?
Would you feel the same way?
How about 7?
The article plainly states it. “ Jane said she met Maxwell and Epstein in 1994, during the summer between 7th and 8th grade, when she was at music Camp Interlochen in Michigan. Her composer dad had died suddenly of leukemia about nine months earlier, and her family had lost their home.
She was sitting on a bench with her friends when a “tall, thin” woman came over with a “cute little” Yorkshire Terrier dog, and a man soon followed.
“[My] classmates left and I was there by myself eating my ice cream and the man sat across from me,” Jane recalled on the stand.
“He seemed very interested to know what I thought about the camp,” adding that he was a benefactor who gave musically gifted kids scholarships.
Asked who the man and woman were, she replied, “Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.”
“They seemed very friendly. I thought they were a married couple, they seemed inquisitive,” she continued.
Back home in Palm Beach, “Jane” said she and her mom were invited over to Epstein’s “enormous house” for tea.

“It wasn’t a pool house,” she quipped on the stand when asked to describe the home, noting that at the time, she lived in a pool house with her three brothers and her mom, whom she shared a bed with.
For months after, the woman said she would hang out at Epstein’s home every week or two on average, spending time by the pool, in the kitchen or going to the movies.
She described once seeing Maxwell and other women lounging by the pool “all topless and some of them were naked.”
“I was just shocked because I hadn’t seen that before,” the woman said.
The witness said she thought Maxwell was “a little bit odd and quirky,” adding that she saw her as sort of an “older sister.”
“She would ask me what I was up to, if I had a boyfriend,” Jane testified, saying that Maxwell once told her about dating, “Once you f–k them you can always f–k them again because they’re grandfathered in.”
She described how Epstein and Maxwell took her shopping, including one time to Victoria’s Secret, where they bought her white cotton briefs. Epstein also started giving her cash on her visits to his home, and also began paying for voice lessons and bought her clothes and “things for school.” Both he and Maxwell would also brag about their famous friends.
“Initially, I felt special,” Jane said about the attention they showered on her.
“It changed when the abuse started happening.”
Being a kept woman is glorified and glamorized all over TV, movies, and the internet.
Foolish young girls, even those from good homes, fall for the propaganda.
It’s nothing new. Even in the fifties, there were these kinds of movies, i.e. “Gigi”, “The Moon is Blue”, “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”, “Sabrina.”
Granted, these films were not explicit, but the message was still there:
“Better to be an old man’s sweetheart than a young man’s slave.”
The young girls were complimented, given nice clothes and paid cash regularly, Epstein posing as a benefactor and Maxwell generally like an “older sister” who legitimized these activities because she was female and seemed to care for them individually.
Plus, being wealthy probably signaled to the girls that had they tried to prosecute them, they’d be defeated because of Epstein’s elite contacts.
I don’t excuse what the girls knowingly did but they aren’t the criminals here any more than a sex slave might be. I’m sure they felt powerless to change their situations because they lacked the family support to provide them a backbone to stand up to the abuse.
i agree, and said so. legally she cant.
in reality, she did.
Paraphrased: “It happened almost every time I went over to
the house.”
So why did you continue to go?
This was a kid, and these were adult grown-ups, not just
fringe early stage grownups.
I’m uncomfortable even reading about what was going on. Talk
about a slimy situation.
When she recites what took place, just remember that you
are basically hearing the same sorts of things Bill Clinton
engaged in on his trips to the island.
I wouldn’t go near these people. It was bound to rub off
on everyone sooner or later.
