A teenager in Philadelphia was shot 18 times and killed at a bus stop on Monday.
Police said in an emailed report that a 14-year-old Black teenager was at a bus stop Monday afternoon when he was shot 18 times.
The motive for the two unknown shooters is unclear. Police have not yet made any arrests related to the incident.

Is there a magazine capacity limit in PA? No mag cap limit in PA. PA's 2a rights are strong. The PA Constitution is even better than the Bill of Rights:
"The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned."
We have always had open carry and the state legislature just passed constitutional carry. We just have to get rid of Wolf. He will veto that bill.

Either it's structural racism or its not. If it is, then motives for black-on-black shootings don't matter and the perps should be free to go. By addressing motive, and they will, especially in court, it's an admission of the BLM fraud.

I wonder if the shooter was shooting sideways as some are want to do. I don't think that Forensics will be able to determine that with any certainty.
