NOTE: we really do not know the goals of the regime.. perhaps, saving lives from the virus (anyone believes this?).. perhaps depopulation .. but also notice that the reduction of life expectancy by only a few years across the board will make Social Security way more stable.

I think this is very sloppy statistics.
Life expectancy is almost entirely a matter of infant mortality. If 100 children are born, and half of them die in a year, and the other half all live to be 80, then life expectancy works out to be 40 for that population.
You could get some of those 80 year olds to live longer, but it won’t change the number much. But if those infants start living to adulthood, your average life expectancy will soar.
COVID was killing old people, NOT children. I say that COVID should not have any appreciable effect on life expectancy.
If life expectancy in the US has decreased, then I would look elsewhere.

Important fact that often is overlooked.
News stories almost always state the “life expectancy” FROM BIRTH TODAY.
Anyone currently alive has a different expectancy.
Example:
Age Life Expectancy-Male Life Expectancy-Female
74 11.80 years 13.66 years
75 11.18 years 12.97 years
Getting a covid shot might cut your life expectancy even more.

Even without the Covid angle, U.S. demographic trends are driving these sorts of changes. If I’m not mistaken, average height and IQ have slipped a bit over the past few decades, and I read not long ago that the average IQ of American blacks has dropped about 2 points.
not so sure the lower age av numbers are due to covid- i think our medical system has been lying about the numbers of people dying ‘from’ covid by including people who died from other causes but who had covid-

Then the stats are based on increased number of deaths among young people -- but most likely not infants.
I believe that in fact married men live longer, and married woman die sooner, than unmarried people. On average.
