You just defined the problem...the gay movement and gay promoters are not satisfied with, "OK, Whatever"...mere tolerance is not nearly sufficient.
Now, everyone is expected to celebrate gay lifestyle and the morons on TV are required to virtue-signal approval.
Fools all!
I guess to sum up my attitude...they can rename them the Cleveland Transgenders for all I care.
The further it goes down, the better I feel. I refuse to watch the women’s homosexual-lesbian soccer team play a minute. That what-you-call-it so called woman with the shaved head on the sides and blond hair combed straight back, who is in a commercial with I think a basketball player, Wombat or some type of name near that, is a pig. I cannot stand her. I got sick of every time you saw them, they were pitching the homo angel for young women and little girls. Look what we lesbian slobs can do with a soccer ball. I always root for the other team, lesbian filled or not. I am sick of that mob. But, years back, I loved the Olympics. We had the best track and field people in the world. Nobody beat our 100, 200, 400 meter and hurdles men. Our field guys were great also. I well remember the Faulsberry Flop when the guy started going up and over backwards instead of the scissors jump one leg and drag the other one over. Dwight Stones was another great one. Our 100x4 relay guys were tops also with four of the very fastest men in the world. Our women were also great. We always kicked butt in track. Now days we are not as good. Even in swimming this year they don’t seem as dominate. But, not today. I have not watched a minute. I clicked on NBCSports Network just to check the total medals and then I was gone. Damned, even China is right there with us. I guess in track and field, our guys should hopefully win a few more than the RED Chinese-Virus pushers!! I am glad that NBC is sucking on ratings. I am sick of all them, NBC, SeeBS, ABC, and all the rest of the alphabet soup networks.
I really enjoyed watching that girl from Seward, Alaska win gold. Looked like the whole town went nuts.
That might be part of the problem. We were expecting them in 2020, and they are still being referred to as the 2020 Olympics. Next year’s winter Olympics, starting in about 6 months, are taking place in Beijing, barring the outbreak of another pandemic or worse.
Let’s say you pay a million dollars for a spot that runs during an event usually watched by 120 million people. Only 60 million or fewer watch the event. The network in question will run that same spot in other programming until it makes up the 60+ million viewers that you paid to see your spot. You can say well you gamble on it and lose but that’s a bad way for nets to do business if they want to keep advertisers.
Local guy from Taylor Texas got a silver medal in 100 meter sprint finals. KXAN interviewed his family and his mamma was waving a small American flag. The town of Taylor is lit up right now1 Congratulations Fred Kerley!!!!!!
ditto and it’s now half way through the games
They’re more fun to watch unplugged.
I’ve been watching a lot of The Lone Ranger lately.
Of course back then they were pushing not discriminating based on skin color, which is fine; the rest is the America we remember, when we were loyal and proud of our country.
Ran out of Classic Concentration, but still got some Sale of the Century left.
I taped the Olympics but didn’t start watching till two days ago. I love my fast forward on my remote...
I have watched swimming. And a woman swimmer covered her heart during the national anthem as did the men’s relay team.
It was great!
I’m not going to let some rotten apples spoil the games for me and take away the limelight from our proud American winners.
