It’s impossible for all three. It’s either 2nd Degree Murder or 2nd Degree Manslaughter. 3rd Degree Murder is irrelevant, since that requires an undefined person/target, per the Minnesota Supreme Court.

I was driving down some country roads this morning in very rural CT and MA towns—running some errands. While these states are Democrat occupied territory, you would never know it in the rural towns.I've lived in both states. In the rural-outer suburban areas. Very good people in both states.
That's why I cringe when I hear others condemn the entire state - as though 100% of the people that live there are rabid Leftists.
Get towards the inner cities however and it's a different story. And they greatly outnumber the rest of us.

That's not how intimidation works. They may party a bit, but I don't think they will burn the town down. Otherwise the next time they force a guilty verdict the treat will not have an upside for the jury members.
