I’ve met Mastriano. Retired MI officer. He’s a good guy and fervent Trump supporter.

I have read elsewhere that this claim is wrong. Supposedly they were comparing ballots mailed in the primary to ballots received in the General.
Does anyone know for sure what the truth is on this point?

I truly don’t know where this 1.8 million mail out ballots comes from... the states reported even before the election they had mailed out well over 2.5 million ballots.
Don’t get me wrong, there was rampant fraud, but I just don’t know where this claim is coming from.

Trump’s lawyer team made this claim when briefing the Republicans in PA. PA website showed 1.8M ballots mailout. Since then the web page with those numbers was taken down.

The Pennsylvania legislature does not have to ask Congress to do anything. They can select the Electors on their own authority.
