Does anyone know for sure what the truth is on this point?
I truly don’t know where this 1.8 million mail out ballots comes from... the states reported even before the election they had mailed out well over 2.5 million ballots.
Don’t get me wrong, there was rampant fraud, but I just don’t know where this claim is coming from.
Time for Biden to concede.

The only remedy for this massive fraud is for no Pennsylvanians vote to be counted. How’s that going to go over?

The Pennsylvania legislature does not have to ask Congress to do anything. They can select the Electors on their own authority.

Among those mail-in ballots, 1,596,195 – or 66% – came from Democratic voters, while 555,805 – or 23% – are from Republican voters. The remaining 262,349 (11%) came from third-party or unaffiliated party registrants."

I don't think ANYONE knows for certain what the DemonRats in PA did at this point. And just because an article is written the day prior to election day does NOT mean any of it is true, EITHER!
I just heard Jenna Ellis announce on NewsMax TV that PA legislators are ready to take the action of appointing their own electors.
For those who have read the Nov 9 complaint by the Trump Team they would have noticed this tidbit about absentee ballots requested and mailed out vs the number of absentee ballots returned in PA.

I’ve been sending him the discrepancies in the mail -out ballot totals on the Delaware county website.
Biden must prove that he didn’t engage in election fraud or Trump wins the state.
