Monday on Fox News Channel’s “The Ingraham Angle,” Laura Ingraham expressed her pessimism about the prospects of the 2020 presidential election going in Donald Trump’s favor.
Ingraham also disputed any notion that saying it was likely Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden would be sworn in was a departure from conservatism.

Where is the cry demanding pursuit of the criminality of this fraudulent election? I want indictments, convictions and imprisonments. RATS have been getting by with murder for years, and why not? The SCOTUS vote for Biden would usher in a new packed court where they would be in a diluted, weakened and humilating situtation (unless Romney, S. Collins, Murkowski and the new GA GOP Senator—??—will stay strong for conservative side against the packing leislation. Would they?).

Sort of; he started out just fine, saying that everyone knows there was fraud, etc. but went off the rails when he and a guest said it was Google and the media censuring reports and pushing the Biden good, Orange man bad narrative. Never a word on Dominion and switching votes though he did acknowledge problems with mail-in ballots.

Even if the court ruled for Trump. That throws it to the state legislatures While republicans control the legislatures in many of theses states, again do not think they will be slam dunks either.
As a resident of PA for over 30 years now, I can tell you it is absolutely no slam dunk that there would not be enough GOP defectors to still throw it to Biden.
Right now the GOP as a whole better realize If they keep sitting by and doing nothing they are complicit in this theft and they will lose a huge chunk of their base...
If the system is rigged there is no reason to vote and this election was clearly rigged And the GOP is sitting on the sidelines doing nothing about it.

I don’t think anyone thinks that Trump’s chances at the SCOTUS are “excellent;” that’s kind of a strawman statement. That said, those of us who are still in the fight take strength in Dershowitz assessment that Trump has at least 3 possible winning paths at the SCOTUS. Keep fighting.
