The SCOTUS vote for Biden would usher in a new packed court where they would be in a diluted, weakened and humilating situtation (unless Romney, S. Collins, Murkowski and the new GA GOP Senator—??—will stay strong for conservative side against the packing leislation. Would they?).
Even if the court ruled for Trump. That throws it to the state legislatures While republicans control the legislatures in many of theses states, again do not think they will be slam dunks either.
As a resident of PA for over 30 years now, I can tell you it is absolutely no slam dunk that there would not be enough GOP defectors to still throw it to Biden.
Right now the GOP as a whole better realize If they keep sitting by and doing nothing they are complicit in this theft and they will lose a huge chunk of their base...
If the system is rigged there is no reason to vote and this election was clearly rigged And the GOP is sitting on the sidelines doing nothing about it.
