I am hoping at the very least, this goes to the SCOTUS and they invalidate some votes that were cast and tell the states if their voting system/process is incapable of getting the job done on ELECTION day that in the future any case reaching them with activity beyond election DAY will be invalidated.

I would be lying to you if I said the outcome of the Court cases and upcoming legislative decisions to take or not take action on electors wasn’t to some great extent influenced by the lack of popular outrage, protests, etc., poll results, and the tone of media coverage.

Judges are unpredictable. No one can say with certainty.

They actually do. The Constitution they swear upon says it’s their job. With a 6-3(5-4 in real time) majority who are Constitutionalists, if the evidence is there, they have the responsibility to do their job without political prejudice.
However, as of today, all there is is speculation, conjecture, krakens, and various statements. But, no hard evidence. Time is running out for the Trump campaign.
My assumption is this will happen after Thanksgiving, but unless there is a moment in time which will have the most impact on moving this along, I’m afraid Kamala will take office on the 21st.
Then what is the point of voting? The Democrats have wanted loose election laws designed to cheat for years, COVID gave it to them and that is why there needs to be an investigation into just what the DEMOCRATS knew about CORONAVIRUS and their collusion with the Chinese to spread it around the world but mostly IN the USA. There has been NO DOWNSIDE for the Democrats with COVID, its all good.
