O.K., 274,000 votes remain to be tallied in Philly and 99% will be for Biden, unless you want to pick another percent (maybe 80-85%?). Assuming those 76,000 votes already tallied are in the current PA totals, Trump’s votes elsewhere have to be in excess of 274,000 (or whatever percent of that we assume are his) for him to overcome Philly fraud.
