Picking her assures a President Trump victory. Harris put so many people away undr Joe’s arcane Crime Bill that a majrity of Black folks will NOT vote for her.

That’s already been adjudicated in prior Court cases. He wouldn’t have to explain anything.
Besides that, though, that wouldn’t stop Biden from being elected President. He could simply appoint another VP to be confirmed by the Senate if somehow she were found to be ineligible.

He shouldn’t bother. She is very unlikeable, she got zero traction running for president, was disorganized and has a reputation for doing anything to get ahead and if that meant sending innocent black men to jail she had no problem doing that.
