As a person who took just one course of College Algebra and struggled to get an 89.5% by the end, I learned enough to highly appreciate the science and its place in our universe.
For me, I place much more value on subjects I struggle to understand than those that come easily.

The Trump Effect in play here. With his election, the communist takeover campaign has been exposed five, and more probably ten, years too early, so all the idiotic things you see the Left putting out, they had been expected to be able bake in gradually through the next few years, incrementally. Essentially, Trump was like a frog being boiled, but the heat was turned up too fast, before the frog was completely paralyzed from being able to jump out of the pot.
Seeing things like 2+2=Blacks being lynched was supposed to occur in about 2028, after the paradigm was to be inched up gradually through the American transformation through a Hillary presidency, Obama’s third and fourth terms. Didn’t happen that way, but I sense we are still too far gone as a society to right the ship anytime soon, and probably not ever. But at least total destruction won’t happen for at least five to ten more years.

Seattle is full of these Marxist, racist SJW types. They deserve what they get in that city. It's as bad or worse than San Francisco or LA in its inability to deal with their homeless problems that encourages and enables drug use, disease and petulance.
It's the poor kids who suffer when these "woke" leaders put their ideological agenda before teaching kids basic math skills so they can succeed in life.

In her third year of studies at the University of Houston, Elizabeth Warren finally took a math class required for her major. The Algebra 101 course was mandatory for pre law students.
Although Ms Warren submitted an affidavit claiming that her Native American heritage spiritual philosophy exempted her from such curricula mandates, the dean ruled otherwise stating that most students took the required math course in their freshman year rather than delay to the junior year where there difficult major level 300 course work.
Sources at the university told that the course was a real challenge. Her grade was 67, failing. She was required to take the Algebra 101 course over during the summer session. Sources related the rumor that she obtained a loan to pay for a stolen copy of the Algebra 101 final exam which she passed with grade of 77.
They're going to spend a year on this?
