“...a thorough analysis...”

The only place you’ll see or hear that is on Fox, or from Rush, Levin, and Hannity.

This will be the Dems and their mediot flunkies’ talking points for the next two weeks.

There was lack of evidence? Then why the special prosecutor?

BINGO! That should be question #1. What was the probable cause that instigated this investigation?

In Volume 1 on conspiracy, Mueller made a determination. In Volume 2 he refused to make a determination citing OLC. It is inconsistent to apply OLC selectively. And Mueller’s mandate was to recommend whether an indictment was warranted or not. It was up to DOJ to determine whether prosecution was warranted or not. Barr and Rosenstein made the determination that there was no obstruction.

The minute Trump picked him, I yelled how awful that decision was. Perhaps I was wrong. This circus is crashing and burning on live tv.

I also noticed that in response to a Dem he says “I can’t comment that but I don’t necessarily disagree with you.”

“I noticed Mueller took offense to Reschenthale’s credentials and expertise.”

Yes. In his prior settings, Mueller was the big dog. Now he’s become beta and is surrounded by true big dogs — Reschenthaler, Jordon (wasn’t he JAG, too?), etc. I love that none of the GOP seem to be intimidated by the doddering, arrogant old fool.

Was Mueller sworn in this morning? If he was and was caught in a lie, can he be prosecuted for lying to congress?

Between this and the Sob Sisters — AOC and the other 3 commie freshmen — Trump is going to be re-elected by a landslide. His base is as solid as granite. Everybody is going to turn out to re-elect him and he is likely to pick up new voters on tope of it.

Thanks, Rats. You are the best re-election campaign the GOP ever had.

Once a dem President is elected they will go after Trump.

Yep. That's why they're pounding it into the voter's minds. Since they know they've lost this, they're hanging their hats on after he leaves office.

“..This circus is crashing and burning on live tv....”

Do you really think so (not being a wiseass here, serious question)?

I’m trying to see past my fury at the whole sh*tshow and be objective, but that isn’t easy right now.

Yes. But she’s new, first time at the big kids table, so I’ll give her a pass. She’ll grow into her role, unlike her fellow freshmen who blew into town and thought they were entitled to run the place.

I dunno. Would you want a 30-second sound bit from some guy who acts like he’s 120 years old?

I, I’ll do anything
That you want me to do
And I’ll answer anything
That you want me to, ooh
But I can’t speak to that, no (no) no can do
No, I won’t go into that, no (no) no can do
I can’t go for that, no (no) no can do

“Who is that grey haired guy behind mueller?”

Jim Quarles. He was on the Watergate prosecution as an assistant special prosecutor very early in his career. Top notch litigator, earlier in my career there was a time I was involved in weekly telecons with him.

He and the other guy behind Mueller were both on the prosecution team. While I respect his legal skills with respect to work in my specialty area, he clearly was brought on board for his experience with Watergate prosecution. It does appear he was clearly a Democrat supporter, and based on my experience with him I’m sure they explored every potential way to find something on Trump. At the end of the day - nothing that would stick.
