I understand that but he didn’t need to do that. He didn’t need to ask about the expired Special Counsel statutes either because the answer is predictable “I am not too familiar with expired code”.

He just needed to ask Mueller about the presumption of innocence. What is Mueller going to say, that he doesn’t believe in it? Follow it up with the question of exoneration. He could have then yielded all of a lot more time to Jim Jordan or someone else who knows how to hit.

CBS puts up text from the report or other info that coordinates with dem questions, but none for ‘pubs questions. Collusion?

This entire mess from beginning to now is a hatchet job and disgraceful.

I watched some of NBC during the break. They were disappointed with the Democrats. They believe they have a structured line of questioning, from congressman to congressman, to build a big dramatic timeline and structure. But they're not thinking on their feet, they're not rehabilitating the witness after a Republican pounds him on an issue, they're not counterpunching at all.

They are losing this day in a big way. Mueller's a bumbling senile fool and the Democrat congress is an NPC collective.
