OMG. That was quite the exchange. Clear as mud. Mueller didn’t do himself an favors there.
And the answer was?
Mueller had to have someone behind him point out who was questioning him
Mueller’s Pre-Structured and Organized Senility in order to dodge questions and possible ‘defense’ at a later date is not a stretch for what we’re seeing in this hearing.

MUELLER WOULD NEVER SUBJECT HIMSELF TO THAT.

All he had to do was ask Muller about the presumption of innocence.

Yes, I have a feeling if I read the transcript later (using Louie Gohmert’s voice in my head), her questioning will sound fine, but it seemed a bit halting and pendantic so that it took away the net effect.
And the answer was?
Mueller refused to answer.
It carries more weight coming from Bill Clinton’s AG than a GOP congressman.
They won’t offer Congressman Creosote his mint until the hearing is over and the hearing room is cleared
