Regarding the OLC ruling being the reason he never charged. He just went back on what he said to Lieu this morning. Corrected himself to reflect what

In short, Lieu asked if DJT would have been indicted if not for the OLC opinion on POTUS not being able to be indicted. He answered Yes. This contradicted his own office’s May 29th memo. He just recanted his answer to Lieu.

i believe Lieu earlier got Mueller to say the inability to indict a sitting president was part of the reason why he did not pursue collusion...Lieu then went on about collusion and mueller said something to the extent he did not agree with Liue’s belief...

No, not really.
They’re getting ALL of their election talking points from Herr Mueller’s responses to THEIR questions, which they’ll then selectively edit to make as damaging as possible; those talking points will be distributed to their media friends to selectively edit further and then broadcast for the next few weeks.
Sane people, who are paying attention, will understand that this is and has been bullsh*t from the very start.
But sane people don’t vote for democrats, so that’s not who their target audience it.
