It isn't the first time they used this tactic. In the 90's there were several times when masses simply charged down I-5. That caused the birth of the the "Flying baby" signs seen along I-5 still, all the way up to San Onofre.

That was the intent all along. Sure, the majority of the assailants are “unarmed”, but that is no different than a bunch of youth “wilding” through the streets of large cities, knocking down and injuring those they encounter, and relying of the speed and intensity of the strike to allow them to disperse immediately after, with minimum number of apprehensions.
Once they have achieved their objective, then they can put on the “Who, me?” face and deny all culpability or participation in the assault.

Should be easy to track this human push and gas them if they move one foot toward what is so called a wall. Trump should have declared this invasion a war and authorized complete shut down of the border. All troops should be fully armed and authorized to shoot.
1800 miles impossible to defend all at once, without a 30’ high wall 6 feet thick. If the Chinese could build even a longer wall without use of bulldozers and saved their country from invasion by the barbaric people, we are acting like chickencrap.
