Huber has grand jury in session investigating this and many other matters.

FISA documents and email between all parties involved will be released.

They should have all seen this documentation already. That means there is really not much in them, or they are all culpable in the fraud. But if it is the later, I don't understand Nunes's actions in all of this. But I have no problem believing ryno, turtle and the other republican member of the gang of eight new exactly what was going on and approved. But then, why did they not sign this document? Maybe they are ready to cut their losses, but I doubt it. It really is not clear to me. But I remember the fight they put up over the Nunes memo, and there really was not that much in there.
