Martha G. Kavanaugh, the mother of Brett Kavanaugh was a Maryland district judge in 1996. In an amazing coincidence, Martha Kavanaugh was the judge in a foreclosure case in which Christine Blasey-Ford’s parents were the defendants. Now it all becomes clear. Blasey-Ford is going after Brett Kavanaugh, not because of what he did in high school. Instead, Christine Blasey-Ford is going after Brett Kavanaugh out of spite and revenge for a case rulled on by Brett Kavanaugh mother. Martha Kavanaugh, Brett’s mother was Montgomery County Circuit Court judge from 1993 until she retired in 2001. During a 1996 foreclosure case, Martha Kavanaugh ruled against the parents of Christine Blasey-Ford in a foreclosure case. The foreclosure case against Paula K. Blasey and Ralph G. Blasey was opened on August 8, 1996. The case number is 156006V.

Maryland Judiciary Case Search shows the case. On 08/08/96 UMLIC-EIGHT CORP, the lender, filed a request for foreclosure of the Blaseys' property at 17 Masters Court, Potomac.
On 08/13/96 Judge Michael D. Mason granted that request. According to the Montgomery County Land Records, on December 17, 1996, the Blaseys refinanced the property with Chevy Chase Bank. On 01/27/97 Judge Martha Kavanaugh signed UMLIC's motion to dismiss the foreclosure.
So the Blaseys refinanced the property, paid the foreclosing lender, and a foreclosure never occurred. Judge Kavanaugh's only involvement was to sign the dismissal of the foreclosure action, which would hardly create any animosity towards her or Brett by the Blaseys. It is also important to understand that foreclosures in Maryland are largely administrative. They are not adversarial proceedings in which a judge ultimately picks a side.
I am not trying to defend this c**t, but people are approaching the connection in the foreclosure case as if it's some important find. It is not. It means nothing. There are many far better ways to attack her than this.

Her name was listed when I looked at it over the weekend.
Disagree completely. There is more to this than their is to the accusation of sexual assault. Period.

Was this their primary residence?
Why was it in foreclosure?
Im wondering if there isn’t some legit reason to allow a property to go to foreclousre - not as retribution - but just a process - so you can get to a point to renegotiate.
Wondering if any real estate people can clarify?

I was in the same class as “Chrissie” Blasey (1984). She went to Holton Arms–the sister school to my school, Landon School for Boys. She was well known for her sexual escapades, some of them quite disturbing.... Like the famous “bj” car where in the back of a darkened station wagon she .... on multiple young men. Or the time she took on most of the football team. Her nickname was Chrissie Blowsey–
I’ll leave it at that. She was also a very manipulative and vindictive person. So we all need to take her allegations with more than a grain of salt. she was a knock-down, drag-out slut all through High School. I know–I was there, graduated in the same Class of 1984. So how can we trust her?

Also, their house night have had a sign out front for 3-4 months saying it was for sale, and it’s possible there was an add on banner saying Foreclosure. I’m just speculating. But if it did, that would have been an embarrassment to her.
