The Hillary campaign effectively took control of the bankrupt DNC. The campaign then merged the two such that there was no seperate entity as the DNC
Once the campaign was lost, there was no clear path back to a functioning DNC.

I think we should also be investigating the possibility that the Clintons used the justice department to go after and destroy key individuals within there own party to control it... over the years there have been plenty of head scratchers for me of democrats that got in trouble legally and had there political lives destroyed....best examples being Jessy Jackson junior and the 50,000 in bribe money found in his freezer, john blogovitch selling a congressional seat.
Theses individuals are all probably guilty but I think the reason they were gone after was to remove them from presidential aspirations so that the Clintons would not have a serous challenger to the leadership of the party.
The reason the democrat party is devoid of competent leadership is the Clintons have GUTED THE PARTY TO COPNTROLE IT OVER THE LAST 30 YEARS.

Candidate Trump Tweets Video Of Hillary Clinton Referring To Blacks As “Super-Predators”
Candidate Donald Trump retweeted the video of a glammed-up Hillary Clinton referring to black gang members as “super-predators” who need to be “brought to heel” in support of criminal sentencing reforms in 1996.
Clinton has faced this controversy already during the 2016 campaign. “Well, first of all, you know, I have said that I should not have used that word. You know, I was talking about drug gangs and traffickers and cartels, but it was a poor choice of words,” Clinton told the hosts of WWPR-FM’s “The Breakfast Club,” a popular black radio show in New York City in April.
During the heat of the 2016 Democratic primary she was interrupted by Black Lives Matter activists demanding an apology for her use of the term. “Do you want to hear the facts or do you just want to talk?” she asked the protesters before they were removed from the building.
Bill Clinton who signed the super-predator sentencing bill, was also confronted about the issue in April. He angrily told Black Lives Matter protesters that they “are defending the people who kill the lives you say matter.”
Host of ‘The Young Turks’ Cenk Uygur said back then in February that this issue should cost the Clintons the black vote.
And it did.
The dumb bitch had the MSM, FBI, CIA, NSA, Obama and Hollyweird on her side and she managed to lose.
