Trump wins just by following the law.
I imagine the Democrats will consider impeaching him for that.

“She said there are no plans to attempt it, and the Justice Department has said “such exercise is unconstitutional.””

This is Trump’s Homeland Security and Justice Dept saying this. OK. Whatever.

I think this might be exactly what the U.S. Dept. of Justice was saying when this Twitter post appeared:

"From now on, our Department will not usurp Congress’s job of making the rules. We will stick to enforcing them." -- Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein 11:13 AM - 5 Jan 2018

It's possible it related to the prior day's announcement of enforcing Federal marijuana laws, too.

Actually what we’re really seeing is the Demorats fighting feverishly to retain their replacement voting block for the blacks who have supported Trump! Trumps simply letting the laws opposing their game work.

'the Obama-era DACA deportation amnesty beyond the March 5'

Rubbish. The reason it ends March 5, is because Trump extended it last year. Obama's daca ended last year. This is Trump's daca, the very one he said was unconstitutional during the election.

ONLY THE CONGRESS has the power to set immigration and naturalization policy...................

Congress gave the President some direct authority some time ago:

Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.

The "travel ban" is such an exercise of this power, which is why the court cases and their bans are such an outrage.
