In an impassioned letter released exclusively today to AL.com, Leigh Corfman, who accused Roy Moore of undressing her when she was 14 and he was 32, demanded the Republican Senate candidate stop calling her a liar, and attacking her character and end his "smears and false denials."
AL.com received a copy of the letter in person from Corfman. She declined to comment beyond what was contained in the letter.
"I am not getting paid for speaking up. I am not getting rewarded from your political opponents. What I am getting is stronger by refusing to blame myself and speaking the truth out loud," the letter states.

I absolutely believe she is a liar. She waits 40 years with this smear and says she was called at her divorced mom after her acting out resulted in a transfer to her father by the court. He story meetings fall apart .But the phone calls went to her bedroom phone at her Mom’s and she had no phone in her room according to her mom!!???
Folks, the payment would hardly be direct or contemporary. For example the money is paid to her lawyer who holds if for legal fees and the left over for refund to her next year. ??? We were not stupid. i think she is a liar, Go Moore!! Ps haow is she paying that lawyer? that is thousands!!
This statement is probably not true. Maybe Leigh Corfman simply does not understand the motives of those "helping" her.
Whether or not her allegations are credible, should not affect the voters for this incredible important election. There is plenty of time after the election to move forward with her case, as questionable as it is. The idea is to make sure that justice is served. It does not have to be this very moment.
It is difficult to believe that she prepared her "letter" without a lot of help by a number of lawyers and Democrat operatives.
She has a pathetic history lending much doubt to her credibility. Feel sorry for her that suddenly she has great remorse over something she did so many years ago. Could it be that something like that happened to her, but by someone else, so all she had to do was switch names? The real perp, if there was one, was probably a nobody.

This could be true. He definitely liked em young back then. But even if it is, we are talking about someone who has NO STORIES or accusations against him since he married. He’s 70. He’s not a danger to anyone and she couldn’t press charges now because the statute of limitations has run out. We need that senate seat.

He was dating younger women because that was all that was single and available? Would you have prefered that he date older married women? And a 18 year old is not a "kid".

Again, with parents permission, back then it was common. Now days I question if the 32 year old is old enough to date.
We got it, in your mind, if he dated an 18 year old, and I do mean DATE as in took her out to dinner, he obviously must have attempted to have sex with a 14 year old.
