The 2016 election offered lots of lessons to Democrats about the nature and temperature of the electorate. Elizabeth Warren thinks she has diagnosed exactly what they want and need for 2018 and 2020, and has gone on a tour of Massachusetts working-class communities to lay out her vision. However, the Wall Street Journal report on her campaign exposes an amusing — and likely fatal — contradiction at the heart of her message:
So far, so good. Donald Trump’s voters — the ones Warren wants to win back for Democrats — really distrust Washington and the political elite. What does Warren propose to do about it? Er … how about putting the Beltway political elite completely in charge of everyone’s health care?

I think its a splendid temporary idea.
The first "single payer" should be Warren Buffet. All medical bills go to him until he is wiped out financially.
The next "single payer" could be George Soros.
We could get through all the Hollywood leftwing snobs after he is wiped out....
But then when all the loud mouths who want to tell us to have "single payer" when they mean tax payer funded are wiped out, we should got back to a free market where it becomes affordable again.
The greatest tragedy in the current environment is that explaining how completely fraudulent and abusive 1: climate change, and 2: socialized medicine are; requires more than 11 seconds of attention span. You could have a perfect clockwork system, but it will always take longer to explain than “throw granny over a cliff”.
