With family, friends and teammates cheering her on at her first high school track meet, Andraya won the girls 100- and 200-meter dashes, and helped her 4x100-meter relay team take second place. She ran 11.99 seconds in the 100 and 26.34 in the 200.

I worked with a girl in the Summer of 1965 who would have beaten his ass. She was probably not too far off the women’s world record tho I don’t think she ever competed.
I ran a 10.4 and she would make me run close to max to beat her. She was also a beautiful blonde.

He was a great athlete, not just a little great but the best in the world.

Well, the women champion this sort of thing more than anyone else. If they can life with it, erasing every girl’s name from the nation’s record books, I guess it’s up to them.
I’d tell the guy to get back out of the girl’s locker room.
I’d also prevent him from competing against women.
Start a cross gender team or something.
