I find this VERY difficult to believe...for you see, when I was a Commissioned officer, I was able, by virtue of my COmmissioned officer status, to act as a Notary..all I needed was a freakin stamp!
KY is also a coal state. That might be indicative of how Western PA if feeling about Clinton that she is preforming so badly in KY.
