If I could sum up the whole evening in 2 words it would be Truth Hurts. Trump didn’t go far enough. America is in big f’in trouble if these are the spiritual leaders of our age.

On Judgment Day, a lot of those folks are not going to be laughing any longer...including Cardinal Dolan.
Cardinal Dolan is a card-carrying Democrat who does not follow Catholic doctrines or traditions. But that is OK because according to the U. S. Bishops...Francis likes “moderates”, however, conservative traditionalist Cardinals and Archbishops should be put in a locked closet.
Francis, Dolan, Wuerl, et.al give lip-service to “protection of the unborn”, and abortion promoting/voting Catholic politicians are to be treated with kid-gloves. They wouldn’t want to have the IRS rescind their income tax status.
They will have to answer for the confusion they cause to Catholic believers who are being led astray.

I’m Catholic, and there was nothing that felt Catholic to me about that dinner. It was a gathering of uptight elite liberals.
Trump defended human life to mild applause. At a solid Catholic event, he would have gotten a rousing applause. That line right there told you all you needed to know.
