Republican nominee Donald J. Trump holds a 4-point lead over Democratic nominee Hillary Rodham Clinton in the critical state of Virginia and just outside the margin of error, a new RABA Research poll shows.
Among the poll of 655 likely voters in Virginia, Trump holds a 46%-42% lead over Clinton, despite her pick of Virginia Sen. Tim Kaine as her vice presidential running mate.
Voters are split on Kaine, with 40% of respondents saying they are more likely to vote for Clinton based on the pick, versus 34% who are less likely to support her and 26% stating it makes no difference.

Kaine will do nothing to help Hilliary in Virginia. I believe the Dems grip in Virginia is weakening after our joke of a governor, McAwful.

Not saying Trump could be ahead in VA, just pointing out the inconsistancy of the pollster.
they forgot to allow for the margin of error that includes the trunks of ballots that suddenly pop-up in Fraudfax county.

Trump is not a politician. He saw like the rest of us the use of a soldiers life playing across the screen for the sympathy of the patriot vote most of those criticizing him now, wouldn’t give soldiers the time of day, nor do they appreciate the American uniform
What happened was the heart of America, not just this soldier but the countless soldiers before him were ripped in half. Donald should just humbly say ENOUGH!!! It is one thing for both parties to play to the base. The rhetoric of this stupid political season has gone too far when we start trying to guess who’s tears are true or not

Don’t blow this, Mr. Trump. The United states will not survive a Hillary Clinton presidency, certainly not as a constitutional republic (and maybe not as a nation at all).

Trump needs to pick and choose his battles and chill out on the tweets. He does not need to respond to every little yapping chihuahua the left puts out there to attack him. If he can stay focused we win. If he can’t control himself we will lose. That is going to be their campaign - attack Trump and make him “unfit” for office.
To the inevitable posters who call me a “concern troll” (yes I am concerned about the future) I would simply say this. The bases are set for this election and Trump is in fantastic shape going into the final months. The votes he now competes for are the margin of victory and the possibility of the mythical “mandate”.
Trump is competing for the mushy middle, the independents, the ones who make their mind up at that last moment based on emotion vs principle. It’s not even all of them - the map is favorable - this campaign is now down to the swing states for those who still sit on the fence. This is not the posters on freerepublic that will be super impressed that Trump is full of fight and he does not take crap - they are fickle.
Trump has to control himself on twitter. He can’t let this be personal or take it personal - he needs to be measured. He can’t afford any more “small hands” moments in the debates. He has to pick and choose his shots like a good boxer, because at this point I really believe the only person that can defeat Trump - is Trump.
Hillary is at her ceiling and it’s close if she can only somehow shave a few points so her strategy is to attack Trump. Her minions will bait Donald non-stop until election day - they will throw it all at the wall. He is smart and he knows this, but God help us, he has to tape this to his phone and on the bathroom mirror because all it will take is one stupid moment, one sentence in an interview or during the debate, or one damned tweet that makes us all cringe and WE are screwed.
The only way she wins is if Trump dies.

Hard to say with this sort of thing. Some polls are crap, but others end up being relatively close. I would rather act as if we are the underdog and do the work to ensure victory. Complacency in this case, especially considering the strong possibility of voter fraud, will very likely lose the election for Trump if he is not careful.
If Trump wins Virginia, the Devil Hillary is done...put a fork in her rancid heart.

Why she is even near Trump is beyond me. Her poll numbers should be zero. I really don’t understand how anyone can vote for a corrupt politician, Democrat or Republican. I mean what is it, these people don’t like Trump because he has a big mouth so they would settle to have a criminal in charge of the country? Are they insane?
I know, but so far the last two polls out of VA are Hampton U (Trump +.5-—not 5) and this unknown poll. So two lesser polls give him a 2-3 point avg. lead. Still waiting on the bigs and their doctored methods.
As ‘rats in Virginia go, Mumbles Kaine wasn’t the senator to pick. Warner would’ve been the smarter VP choice.

I’m not nearly as worried about voter fraud under Manafort . The man will send out his own teams to sabotage their multi-voting efforts.

I have a female friend in her early 60’s and she is not political at all, despite my best efforts isn’t even registered to vote. Last week after the Hag picked Kaine the news had him on and was doing a story about him and she turned to me and said “ that man (Kaine) is just plain creepy, I mean pervert creepy, I don’t like the way he looks, talks or acts, just ewww!”
